Per 
SCP-5364 is a pen that is approximately 8 centimeters long,
it is a Safe Class SCP,
it appears to have a special function that allows it to control the subject if held long enough and still have access to the subjects brain.
It also seems that it only works on humans as it was tested on other animals but it did not do anything.
From testing, it is believed that it has black ink.
It is divided into 6 stages.
It is located on Site-██ on a small containment chamber with a table, where the SCP is located.
Stage 1: When the subject takes hold of the SCP, he has about 10 seconds to drop the SCP out of his hand before it proceeds to stage 2. The subject is called SCP-5364-1 at this point.
Stage 2: The SCP has evolved into stage 2 and the subject is no longer capable of dropping the SCP, Medical Department has about 2 minutes to cut subjects arm so the SCP is not able to proceed to next stage.
Stage 3: The SCP successfully got to stage 3 and the only way to prevent the SCP from proceeding to stage 4 is to terminate the subject, subject reports a difficult breathing that sometimes results to heart attack that is mostly lethal. This last for about 2 hours, until the subject dies (resulting the SCP to revert to stage 0) or survives (SCP proceeds to next stage). The subject is to be terminated if granted by Scientific Personnel.
Stage 4: If the subject survived the heart attack, and still has the hold of SCP, the subject will not be able to control his legs at all, resulting him to be on a wheel chair. This last for about 30 minutes until the SCP proceeds to next stage. The subject is to be terminated if granted by Scientific Personnel.
Stage 5: SCP has almost full control over the subjects body, the SCP can do almost anything at this point, except talking. This last for about 15 seconds until the SCP proceeds to its final stage.
The subject is to be terminated, if granted by Medical/Scientific Personnel.
Stage 6: The SCP has full control over subjects body, the subject is called SCP-5364-2 at this point, it was reported that it has a higher strength, this is the final stage of the SCP and is to be terminated immediately.
