Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1387 must be kept in an enviorment that is exactly -12°F until use. this stimulates the glasses preventing them from disintegrating due to not having to host to control them.
Description: SCP-1387 are glasses used to change the reality of something and how it should work completely regarding the laws of physics, for example if you are wearing these glasses and you see a leaf flying in the wind, you could freeze it in the air and move it in any direction you would like, you could also hypothetically change the entire wind direction to push the wind sideways or backwards, or even up. However when changing the reality of something you must pay a price of some sort to make up for it, this price varies on the size of the object, for example moving a small, light leaf could take a price of a single drop of blood, while moving a building would require you to cut a finger off. This price must be payed directly after the reality change or the glasses will extend the price and pay it how they would like. Using these glasses you could also control human thoughts, and actions but this requires a bigger cost even if they are smaller than a building, when controlling the reality of a human or an animal you must pay the price mentally instead of physically while still following the price defined by size, but also brain capacity. For example controlling a smart human will be harder saying they have a better grasp on reality "literally." If SCP-1387 hypothetically was to be stored outside of its natural containment, the glasses will grow a mind of their own and be able to control any part of reality with no real price to pay. This could result in good deeds occurring like world hunger being solved, or horrible deeds occurring like a WWIII depending on how kind the previous reality changes done with the glasses are. If the necessary price to pay is too big than the person who is currently wearing the glasses will disappear from existence and the glasses will be out in the open
