  • somewhat muscular build.
  • 29 years of age.
  • convicted of theft and attempted murder.
  • armed with a standard m9 handgun loaded with 19 bullets and equipped with a termination collar.
  • average psychological background.

  • african american male holding jamaican accent.
  • muscular build.
  • 25 years of age.
  • convicted of aggravated assault, grand theft auto, and attempted murder.
  • unarmed but equipped with termination collar and bracelet.
  • sociopathic mindset along with few psychopathic tendencies.

Additional Information: all D- class personnel were equipped with bullet proof vests, standard helmets and standard shin pads along with standard issue standard exploration recorders. Exploration was supervised by Dr. █████ along with a support team from site ███ and site administrator.

D- 10103 and 10120 climb in and jump down into entryway followed D- 10104 and 10113 climbing and dropping into opening reluctantly. Note: Dr Whimsons - This may have been a radius entry of בראשית. בראשית would have known their location and would easily have killed them but may have passed by either to give a warning sign or may have been interested in something else.

Exploration D - Class personnel enter into hallway ████ and when approaching nearest door are encountered by SCP - 911 [AUTH] - A.
D- 10103: What, the, FUCK it that supposed to be?
D- 10113: It looks like a black dog with… red, eyes?
D- 10120: Come on man it e just a shitty dog man let's go ████.
D- 10120 approaches SCP - 911 [AUTH] - A with an annoyed look along with right hand clenched as if ready to kill said entity. This is replied by SCP - 911[AUTH] - A's "canine formation" mauling D- 10120 biting into neck, legs, and lower abdomen disemboweling him while having "insect formations" crawling into the torn opening within the abdomen and exiting through all orifices including pores. Remaining exploration D- Class begin to gradually turn to exit room.
Dr. █████: Do not leave hallway ████. Proceed and closely inspect instance.
D- 10113: No! And you know what? Fuck you! Fuck this, I am done with yer shit. You think I give a fucking shit about yer "Termination will occur if insubordination is shown" shit? No! I'm done.
D- 10113 begins back tracking to find a way out and spontaneously runs into door ███ of section 02. D- 10113's termination collar is activated followed by said person's expiration. D- 10104 takes D- 10113's hand gun and proceed to point flashlight directly at SCP - 911 [AUTH] - A showing [REDACTED]. SCP - 911 [AUTH] - A proceeds to exhibit R behavior to which D- 10104's right hand is completely removed. D- 10104 begins to scream causing SCP - 911 [AUTH] - A to dissipate. D- 10103 begins to patch up D- 10104.
D- 10103: Your gonna be ok Quín, just let be patch you up.
D- 10104: Duele! Raaah
D- 10103: Shhhh, it's gonna be ok. Wait… what is that.
Dr. █████: Please give a solid description of what you are seeing.

Closing Statement: Dr. Whimsons - it is theorized that D- 10103 and D- 10104 had been encountered by בראשית and was "torn apart" by it due to finding of a fragment of D - 10104's skull and D- 10103's uniform upon recovery in second exploration.
