[ Doctor ████████████ ]: "Hello, welcome. I am Doctor ████████████, and you want to know more about SCP-████. Well, I am going to tell you the truth. SCP-████ is the city of SanChino Pars. SanChino Pars is a real place, but it is not located in the middle of Death Valley. It is located in a pocket dimension. Agent █████ was sent to the coordinates of the origin of a AM station giving off cries of help. Once there, Agent █████ stated there was nothing there. But moments later, communication was lost. Months later, when switching through radio frequencies, Dr. ████████ picked up Agent █████'s message. But is not a messages in the main file. The message said [ Click of cassette player ] 'WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES AND DON'T CO- [ Static ] I REPEAT DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY MES- [ Static ] AND DO-' [ Click of cassette player ]. After that we got hundreds of messages on random Foundation devices, not just 7. But those 7 are constantly repeating. Not to say we got new messages, just those happen the most. We followed Agent █████'s directions, we didn't respond to any of them. At one point a video file was sent to one of the Foundation's Computer. It depicted, what we think is SanChino Pars, floating in a black void."

[ Unidentified man ]:
"But wait. Then why does the report only mention about the messages from November?"

[ Doctor ████████████ ]: "The only reason the messages from November 8th through November 15th are used in the official document is since as of July 17, 20██ they are the only messages playing. It is believed that the person in the radio message is not Agent █████. We do not know who or what was imitating him."

[ Unidentified man ]:
"So, will the foundation ever try to get to SCP-████?"

[ Doctor ████████████ ]: "No. Due to an O5 ruling, attempts to enter SCP-████ are denied."

[ Unidentified man ]:
"Okay…what about Agen-"

[ Doctor ████████████ ]: "That is all the time I have. I need to get back to work. But if you mention this to anyone, you will be terminated."

This is the last transmission that was not from November 8th, 2001 through November 15th, 2001. It was recorded on September 26, 20██.

"This is Agent Jack █████. [ Sigh ] I have no idea what the date is…or even the time. All I know is that I am in a town called SanChino Pars. The last transmission I sent was a warning to the Foundation to not come here. [ Sigh ] So far, no one has come. This has lead me to believe that the Foundation received my transmission. I didn't have enough time to say why the foundation shouldn't come. It's..It's…[ Sigh ]…SanChino Pars is…[ Sigh ]…is where the Foundation's experiments that failed are left. [ 4 seconds Pause ]…So many Class-Ds walk around, lifeless, not knowing of a purpose. Many terminated SCPs are here, but all of them are inactive, unmoving. I am unsure if all of the terminated ones are here, but there is a lot. [ Sigh, then 6 second Pause ] Well, let me explain the threat of SanChino Pars. Like any town, there is a town-hall. In this town-hall, there are plans. Plans to find away to get onto Earth. Once there, the forsaken Class-Ds will use the terminated SCPs to destroy the Foundation and release the all of the SCP's onto the World. [ Sigh, then 22 Second Pause ] I have no clue who made these plans, but I know why SanChino Pars exists. It is to take revenge on the Foundation for all of The pain and suffering it has caused. [ 8 second pause ] You know what SanChino Pars abbreviated is? SanChino Pars Abbreviated is SCPs. SCPs that are destroyed. SCPs that did not live to their purpose. SCPs Wanting their Revenge. [ 62 second Pause ] My radio is almost out of battery, and I can't recharge it. This is Going to be my last transmission to the foundation. So, Just remember don't let anything get here. And if you do receive this tell my son…tell him [ Sad sigh ] I miss him. [ Agent █████ begins to whimper, thought to be crying, through the Rest of the Transmission ] I love him. I love him so much. [ Sniffle ] This is…[ 2 Second pause ]…this is Agent █████ signing off…[ One second pause ]…signing off for good."

After this, there was radio silence for 43 days. Then on November 8th, 20██, The Transmissions from November 8th, 2001 through November 15th, 2001 began playing. From then on, that is the only received transmissions.
