im not very good at this whole writing thing but

hrngh colonel im trying to contain this scp but im dummy thick and the clap of my ass keeps alerting it to my position

so i guess the basic idea behind it is that the only way to contain the scp is for it to believe that its inside of mgs1 (it knows about information about itself so if the only information available presents it as being part of the game, then its a-ok) the "dialogue file" will discuss something happening in the universe of the game that has Absolutely Nothing To Do With The Scp No Siree, and the actual scp is mentioned in the log so as to "bind" it to it or whatever
