Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained with and connected to a standard desktop computer (hereafter referred to as XXXX-C) in personal computer room A1 at Site-15. Due to the full extent of SCP-XXXX's properties not being entirely understood, SCP-XXXX and XXXX-C are to be powered via solar and battery power and are not to be connected to any network or standard power outlet. No peripherals and media are to be connected to or inserted into XXXX-C. Video recording software and a browser plugin for the purposes of saving observed websites and their respective metadata are to be preinstalled on XXXX-C via a flash drive.

Research Staff with Level 2 clearance or higher may have access to SCP-XXXX and XXXX-C. Staff may use XXXX-C for the purposes of watching recordings or browsing saved content of previous sessions (such as web history or the downloaded sites themselves), however, SCP-XXXX must remain powered down if the session is for this purpose. Staff may also use XXXX-C and SCP-XXXX for the purposes of browsing content produced from SCP-XXXX itself; each session must be recorded and logged.
