Special Containment Procedures:

Description: Warning/hazard sign that manifests nearby anyone that

1) is conscious they are committing an act they know is wrong
2) is scared of being either discovered or punished

The sign can manifest as a warning to stop the user. For example, if the user is smoking in an area he knows its prohibited but there has been no official claim by site personnel on the subject, the sign will manifest.

The sign will vary in colors and sizes, usually depending on how scared the subject is.
