Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5655-2 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell with 46 meter intervals between each instance.
Under no circumstances should SCP-5655-2 be within 10 centimeters of any electronic device.
In the event that SCP-5655-2 gains access to an electronic device, it is to be immediately detained and placed in a nitrogen bath to prevent SCP-5655-2 from reproducing.
All personnel before entering the chamber, are to remove any electronics from their person. Once inside the cell, personnel should ONLY speak in the it’s primary Earth language. Due to how widespread SCP-5655-1 is there are no current means of containment for it (to keep public suspicion to a minimum SCP-5655-1 is known as “Alien Hand Syndrome”).
Description: SCP-5655 is an ailment with 2 stages of affect, SCP-5655-1 and SCP-5655-2.
SCP-5655-1 is the first stage of SCP-5655, symptoms of SCP-5655-1 vary in extremity to the affected limb twitch from the affected limb performing complex tasks varying to; Writing in an unknown dialect, driving, attempting to severe unaffected limbs, attempting to force the sufferer to ingest random inedible objects.
SCP-5655-2 is the second stage of SCP-5655 with it being activated via stroke-induced coma, when the sufferer awakens after a 48 hour period, they will speak in an unknown language making syllables that are not pronounceable by humans. As humans speak to it however, it will begin to rapidly learn the language it is being communicated to by, if it is spoken to by a subject that does not speak it's primary Earth language than SCP-5655-2 will proceed to give the subject a stroke in the left frontal lobe of the brain by unknown means and thus causing the subject to speak in the instance's primary Earth language.
