Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in containment locker 76 on Site-11
SCP-XXXX is to be kept on a standard size armor stand in a 5 x 5 x 5 meter room modeled like a D-class holding room located in site-██. Every month, a D-class subject must be switched out of the room to prevent containment breach. Armor must also be cleaned every other day or everyone in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX will become agitated possibly causing a breach. If breached, there could be from one to an infinite amount of casualties.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a suit of armor that resembles other iconic types of armors when activated. After many testing, the material of the armor is unknown. It seems to shift materials depending on the armor it resembles. There is a message inscribed on the inside of the helmet no matter what form it takes. The words [DATA_EXPUNGED], when read causes the reader to experience a deadly illness that corresponds to the era and location that the armor resembles.
If someone wears SCP-XXXX the subject will immediately try and start a fight. If a fight occurs both people will use anything as a weapon. if the fight is over and the subject "dies" during the fight, they will be revived and claim that they are invincible only to then pick another fight with someone new. If subject wins, they dissipate from existence to an unknown location in the multiverse leaving the armor behind but stylized to a different type of era.
Addendum: There may be a way to prevent the inscribed words from killing test subjects. Need further testing.
We found out that if subject is from the same heritage as where the virus first out broke, then they will not be affected by the virus and just receive a common cold.
We found out that if SCP-XXXX is left unattended for more than 15 minutes, It will force itself onto the closest person to it. We may think it is alive in some way but we have to change the containment procedure to make sure a breach can never happen.
No one below level 4 clearance can attempt to clean armor as they are not trusted.
