Special Containment Procedures : SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 1m x 1m x 1m Osmium box. In addition, the containment surroundings of SCP-XXXX should be within the temperature range of 273K to 287K. Nevertheless, containment room should be in vacuum state to minimize the reaction between Osmium and air. Replacement of said box is to be conducted every 6 months in order to reduce the formation of osmium(VIII) oxide. Any anomalies shall be reported to the site manager immediately.
Description : SCP-XXXX is a form of gaseous water vapor, which does not show any abnormality under normal circumstances. However, under electromagnetic waves of certain frequency (6.78 x 1014 Hz - 7.13 x 1014 Hz), SCP-XXXX obtained the ability to refract the said electromagnetic waves in random directions and change the nature of the said electromagnetic waves.
Transformation of electromagnetic waves into sound waves, radiation, and magnetic field have been observed.
According to experiment conducted by Senior Researchers, it is also found that scp XXXX would not turn into any other physical state such as solid or liquid under any circumstances. However, due to safety reasons, Osmium is used for its containment as it's the most dense element to prevent leakage.
SCP-XXXX was first discovered in ██████████, Australia, 20██. Massive radioactive hazard was detected, while the locals reported for weird sounds in the area. The SCP foundation have been monitoring the said area since then. Upon further investigation, SCP-XXXX is believed to be expelled from a biochemical factory as chmical waste. When the radioactive hazard in Australia faded, reports for similar situations have been heard from the United States. It was believed that SCP-XXXX can migrate to another area by taking advantage of the current.
A collection squad of SCP security personnel led by agent █████ was then dispatched to the area in order to retrieve SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX was secured by SCP staff and was taken to site-64 .
Test 1: A beam of electromagnetic waves (frequency=6.78 x 1014 Hz) was passed through SCP-XXXX, the said waves turned into sound waves which formed an indistinct noise.
Test 2: A repeated experiment for Test 1, the same indistinct noise was recorded.
Test 3: A beam of electromagnetic waves (frequency=6.90 x 1014 Hz) was passed through SCP-XXXX, the said waves turned into sound waves which formed some discrete notes, the said notes were recognized as one of the classic Christmas songs 'We Wish You A Merry Christmas'
Test 4: A repeated experiment for Test 3, the same notes were recorded. It's now believed that each distinct frequency might produce a different outcome.
Test 5: A beam of electromagnetic waves (frequency=7.06 x 1014 Hz) was passed through SCP-XXXX, the said waves turned into radioactive Alpha Particles, emitted in a single direction.
Test 6: A beam of electromagnetic waves (frequency=7.15 x 1014 Hz) was passed through SCP-XXXX, no observations is to be seen.
Test 7: A special electromagnetic waves (frequency=██████████ Hz) was passed through SCP-XXXX, the said waves turned into a strong magnetic field (4 x 105 Hz), which lasted for 0.094 seconds with a radius of 2.46 km. All electronic apparatus in the said area was damaged and animals show sign of suffering. Such effects on animals (including human) lasted from 13 minutes to 25 days respectively.
Addendum XXXX-1: Due to the unexpected results of Test 7,any further experiments on SCP-XXXX shall be supervised by at least 2 staff with clearance of level 3 or above, and only staff with a clearance of level 2 or above shall be allowed to access SCP-XXXX.
