[BIOGRAPHY] Joseph Scott is a clever but demanding man. He was born to Rose Scott and Edward Scott 1994 in Rochester, New York, a middle class family. His mother was an accountant and his father a supervisor at the same company, working to give the homeless jobs and homes. Education was a big thing in the family. Having only one child, Rose and Edward had hopes of their child being successful in life, and in a way, he was. Childhood life was hard and particularly stressful for Joseph, he was forced by his parents to be educated into the best schools around, this took away a lot of socializing time from him as he had massive amounts of schoolwork and projects to be done at home. This was, of course, good for Joseph’s education, he had received wonderful grades and had lots of great choices for his job to be at, all having good benefits. All this education and not enough socializing time with friends gave him his demanding characteristic, he had always wanted and given high standards for everything. This was all going in the path his parents wanted him to go until on July 8th, 2013, Joseph found something called SCP on the internet, and having been curious about them, researched them at home during his free time. As for his career, Joseph eventually became an Honorary Consul after having joined a NGO and being present at many events for over two years, where he was voted to be an Honorary Consul by his local embassy. His success as a Consul led to the Foundation discovering him and later inviting him to join the SCPF to be part of the Dept. of External Affairs. Joseph accepted the invitation and worked to disinformation the public about breaches, sightings, etc.
[ADDENDUM] Joseph has the habit of working overtime just to finish any paperwork and is always confident about the results of the disinformation, even though they might have a small chance of success.
