Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a the desk of Dr.██████ at Site-17 and is to be available to all medical personnel in the event of injured or ill SCP's or foundation personnel with the requirement of Dr.██████ or acting director of Site-17's medical wing.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a stethoscope measuring approx. 68 cm from distal bell to proximal ear tubes. SCP-XXXX has a black, rubber single flexible tube connecting the bronze color, double diaphragm bell to identically colored ear tubes with black rubber ear buds. There are no distinguishable manufacturing marks or model name visible on any portion of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX functions as a normal medical grade stethoscope with anomalous effects of verbally identifying medical conditions through unidentifiable means.

When stethoscope is worn in current standard practice and the bell is placed on the body of a living human and/or humanoid SCP [TESTING ONGOING] the practitioner is able to hear normal sounds in associated area (stethoscope bell placed to anatomic left of sternum results in hearing heart tones).

However, in addition to normal sounds heard, a voice is audible giving practitioner accurate diagnosis of condition. See testing below. The voice is described as male with a "New England" accent and is in modern English. The voice is able to be captured on digital recording and is not believed to be a cognitive hazard. It has proven 100% accurate on non-SCP humans and ongoing testing to establish humanoid SCP effectiveness.

TESTING

Testing:Test A - Date [REDACTED]

Subject: D-class personnel, Male, 27 YO, No pre existing medical history
Procedure: Subject sat on Foundation standard exam table and bell placed on sternum anatomic left.
Results: Practitioner reported hearing normal heart tones with no murmurs. SCP-XXXX recorded as stating "Heart tones are normal and no abnormalities noted."
Analysis:baseline established.

Test B - Date[REDACTED]

Subject: Same test subject as test A
Procedure: Subject was administered 0.5 mg Adrenaline through a peripheral IV.
Results: Practitioner noted an increased heart rate. SCP-XXXX reported "Patient is in a Supraventricular Tachycardic rhythm, an increase of Adrenaline noted in blood stream."
Analysis: SCP-XXXX does not appear to provide a treatment plan but is able to diagnosis with incredible accuracy.

Test C - Date[REDACTED]

Subject: Class D, Male, 68 YO, History of Atrial Fibrillation and morbid obesity
Procedure: Subject was sat on Foundation standard exam table, bell of SCP-XXXX placed on apex of heart.
Results: Practitioner noted muffled heart tones due to increased mass of subject. SCP-XXXX reported "The patient has Atrial Fibrillation and morbid obesity, there is mitral valve regurgitation."
Analysis:Follow up EKG and cardiology assessment revealed SCP was correct in identifying new onset Mitral Valve regurgitation.

Test D - Date[REDACTED]

Subject:Class D, Male, 24 YO. Hit on right anterior chest with [REDACTED]
Procedure: Subject laid on Foundation standard operating table and bell of SCP-XXXX placed on area of impact.
Results: SCP-XXXX reported "Patient has fractures to right ribs six through eight, flail segment in area noted, Pneumothorax developing."
Analysis:X-ray confirmed result and subject was treated. D class later terminated per Foundation protocol.
