Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 16 m x 16 m x 16 m cell. The cell is to constructed out of a mixture of concrete and steel. Access to the cell is to be a corridor with three (3) Tesla Gates at fourteen (14) meter intervals, with two (2) M45 Quadmount emplacements at the foyer of SCP-XXXX's containment area. The containment area is to be staffed by a minimum of ten (10) guards with access to light machine guns and grenade launchers. Should containment fail, the guards of the containment area are instructed to equip gas masks. Any guard who refuses will be subject to termination. The containment area is to be sealed off from the rest of the facility and accessible via airlocks.
Description: SCP-XXXX are a group of humanoids standing at 10 m in height. Other than this, they appear to have little human features, including a lack of nose, ears, and mouth. The eyes of SCP-XXXX are void of pupils. They appear to be only large empty holes that are white in color. The skin appears to be similar to burlap sacks in both material and appearance. At least a dozen (12) spikes protrude from SCP-XXXX from the back, shoulders, and collar bones.
SCP-XXXX appears to also have either control or camaraderie with ravens. Randomly, SCP-XXXX will "generate" up to one hundred (100) such birds that follow SCP-XXXX around, flying around them at all times. Upon contact with a human, the birds will fly around the individual before returning to SCP-XXXX. Research on these ravens have revealed that the birds in question carry a virus that will spread upon a two (2) meter contact with another species, specifically humans. This virus, designated VXK, causes extreme paranoia, vivid hallucinations, insomnia, and insanity. A person infected with this virus will become extremely violent toward any other living being. Caution is advised when dealing with infected personnel.
SCP-XXXX will become docile for extended periods of time randomly. This period can be anywhere between four (4) days and seven (7) months. After this state, SCP-XXXX will attempt to escape containment. The beginning of their escape will begin with SCP-XXXX sending attempt to send ravens through air ducts to infect as much of the site personnel as possible to sow chaos before attempting to breach the armored doors of their cell. For this reason, in the event of a breach, all site personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX instructed to equip gas masks as soon as possible. Any personnel refusing to do so will be terminated immediately.
Addendum [SCP-XXXXa]: Due to the way that SCP-XXXX will attempt to escape containment, all vents in the containment area are to be blocked via a metal grate.
