Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-XXXX is to be encased in the center of 0.125 cubic meters of solid concrete. The concrete is to the encased in a box made of carbon reinforced steel, and welded to the ground, to prevent spinning or cyclone creation. The containment of SCP-XXXX is to be monitored by CCTV security cameras and checked weekly for any damage. Any damage found on SCP-XXXX's containment is to reported and fixed as soon as possible.

SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a solid block of concrete, 1 meter in length on each side. The block of concrete is to be encased in 10 cm thick reinforced steel. The box is to be contained in a pressurized chamber, with CCTV cameras, infrared and x-ray sensors. The chamber is to be in a state of high pressure to negate the low pressure systems formed by SCP-XXXX. In addition, the box is to be magnetically suspended in the chamber, to allow for spinning without breaking containment.

Any metal objects affected by magnetic fields are to be kept 100 meters away from SCP-XXXX's containment. Access to SCP-XXXX is forbidden except to Level 3 or above personnel, who need approval from two Level 4 or above personnel or one one member of the O5 council.

SCP-XXXX's containment is to be checked daily for damage or abnormal activity. Any damage or abnormal activity found is to be reported to the Site Director immediately. Failure to do so is punishable by re-positioning to D-class personnel. Any damages to SCP-XXXX's containment are to be fixed immediately to prevent a containment breach. No less than 5 D-class personnel are to enter the containment at once, with no metal in or on their person at the time of entry. Two D-class are to watch SCP-XXXX for signs of movement, and at the first sign of movement all D-class are to evacuate the room. The remaining D-class not watching SCP-XXXX are to repair the damage done to the pressurized chamber in a timely manner. If damage to the containment box is to be repaired, four D-class are to hold the box gently, while the fifth repairs the damage in a timely manner. Any breach in protocol during the repair of SCP-XXXX's containment chamber or box are punishable by termination.

Description:
SCP-XXXX appears to be a beyblade, who's appearance takes after the Cosmic Pegasus model. SCP-XXXX is made of an indestructible metal, with the appearance of steel, but is crystalline in formation. When left alone SCP-XXXX will orient itself upright and begin to spin, with speeds reaching over 550 kph, and on occasion, has been known to spawn small cyclones from it's wind speeds.

[After the mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of an 11 year-old child, Containment Team 039 was dispatched to find out if the cause of death was anomalous, and recover the potential anomaly if possible. The following is a transcript of Mission 039-[REDACTED] once they arrived at [DATA EXPUNGED]]

*039-A:* "Alright everyone, remember, we don't know what this thing is, but we know it's dangerous, so be on high alert."

*039-C:* "To think such a grizzly murder would occur in a nice town like this."

*039-B:* "Permission to enter the premises, sir?"

*039-A:* "Permission Granted."

[Sounds of a door being forced open can be heard followed by a short gag]

*039-A:* "Bravo, what's wrong? We're coming in!"

[039-A, 039-C, 039-F, and 039-G enter. 039-E guards the entrance to prevent civilian entry.]

*039-F:* "Oh my God what the fuck!"

*039-G:* "What the hell could've caused this much blood?"

*039-C:* "It's as if the poor kid was shredded."

*039-A:* "Bravo, are you alright?"

*039-B:* "Yes sir. Was just overwhelmed by the amount of blood and flesh on the walls."

*039-C:* "Alpha, I think I've found it."

*039-A:* "Charlie, what is it?"

*039-C:* "It looks like a beyblade, sir."

*039-A:* "You're certain?"

*039-G:* "All the blood splatter seems to come form a circle around the object, maybe it is the anomaly."

*039-A:* "Well, better safe than sorry. Contain it and let's move out."

*Note:* [After the log ended at 1512, 039-F and 039-C, who were assigned to contain the anomaly, were killed upon attempted containment. The anomaly activated, and they met the same fate as the child. This action by SCP-XXXX made its anomalous nature certain.]

+ Addendum XXXX-2

Test XXXX-1 - ██/28/200█, 0937

Subject: SCP-XXXX

Procedure:
SCP-XXXX is left alone in a 3 meter by 3 meter by 10 meter concrete chamber [Refered to as Test Chamber 1024] to determine its properties and what triggers its reaction.

Results:
After ██ minutes SCP-XXXX oriented itself upright, and █ seconds later it began to rotate.

In the first three seconds, its rotation speed measured at 5 kph and over the course of █ minutes its rotation speed increased to 16 kph.

SCP-XXXX has been rotating with ever increasing speeds for the past ██ minutes and once it hit 50 kph, a small whirlwind began to form around it. Five (5) D-class personnel sent in with protective gear and long steel prods to attempt to halt SCP-XXXX's rotation.

When personnel D-042967A-1 attempted to halt SCP-XXXX's rotation, SCP-XXXX began to rotate faster, shattering the steel prod, causing several fragments of the prod to embed themselves in D-04967A-1 and D-04967A-2. D-04967A-1: deceased. All others remained in the chamber and were instructed to continue attempts to halt SCP-XXXX's rotation. Each attempt to stop SCP-XXXX caused it to spin faster, causing the D-class personnel involved to violently collide with the containment walls. All attempts met with failure and all D-class were killed by steel shrapnel from the prods or from blunt force trauma of their skulls, spines, and appendages.

It is now 1215 and SCP-XXXX's rotation speed has increased to 107 kph. Cracks are begining to form in the test chamber due to the low interior pressure.

At 1241 SCP-XXXX breached containment and began moving from its initial position, towards the south.

At 1304 SCP-XXXX was successfully re-contained after attempting to spin through a deep patch of mud, where its spinning slowed and it came to a stop.

Further testing of SCP-XXXX postponed until a sufficiently large pressurized test chamber can be constructed and tested for its integrity, to prevent a second breach by SCP-XXXX.

Analysis:
SCP-XXXX seems to have no clear trigger for its rotation and its reasons for moving towards the south, and for moving in general, is unknown. Containment procedures need to be constructed specifically to prevent SCP-XXXX from spinning under any circumstances and be closely monitored.

+ Addendum XXXX-3

Test XXXX-2 - ██/17/200█, 1456

Subject: SCP-XXXX

Procedure:
SCP-XXXX will be placed in a 5 meter by 5 meter by 15 meter pressurized test chamber with 0.5 meter thick concrete walls, reinforced with steel. [referred to a Test Chamber 1105] SCP-XXXX will be monitored with infrared, ultraviolet, x-ray, and gamma ray sensors to determine if a non-visible force is activating SCP-XXXX. Test Chamber 1105 will be encased in a second pressurized chamber [referred to as Test Chamber 1106] whose pressure will be changed to reflect the pressure of Test chamber 1105, to prevent a containment breach. Test Chamber 1106 is 9 meters by 9 meters by 19 meters and 0.5 meters thick. CCTV cameras are placed inside Test Chamber 1105, 1106 and outside 1106 to track SCP-XXXX in the event of a containment breach.

Results:
SCP-XXXX sits in the center of chamber 1105 for ██ minutes before activating, positioning itself upright and begins rotating. After █ seconds it has reached a speed of 10 kph. The infrared sensors begin picking up increased activity much higher than normal for an object of that speed. All other sensors pick up nothing.

SCP-XXXX forms a cyclone around it after █ minutes reaching 60 kph and keeps accelerating.

SCP-XXXX accelerates to a speed of 110 kph and sustains that speed for ██ minutes. X-ray scanner recieves interference for the duration of the constant speed. All other sensors remain the same.

Smaller cyclones spawn around SCP-XXXX and begins to accelerate at a much higher rate than previously.

After █ minutes SCP-XXXX has reached speeds exceeding 350 kph and Test Chamber 1105 has begun to fail.

Test chamber 1105 experiences total failure at 1604.

SCP-XXXX continues to increase in rotational speed for the next █ minutes spawning more smaller cyclones.

Test Chamber 1106 experiences total failure at 1611, causing a Level 3 containment breach. Despite this SCP-XXXX stays in place and continues to accelerate for █ hours achieving a top speed of 572 kph before slowing to a stop and being placed in its regular containment.

Analysis:

SCP-XXXX seems to be rotating faster, whether it is sentient and testing its abilities, or if its rotation speed has increased since last time we cannot be certain. SCP-XXXX is more dangerous than we have previously thought, and how the cyclone formation of both the main cyclone and the secondary cyclones at such low speeds is still unknown. The infrared sensors were off the charts, but that should be expected from a high energy item. The interference on the x-ray scanner was unusual, but we are not trying that again. Too much dangerous potential. Luckily its current containment seems to be working for the time being. All further testing is to be postponed indefinitely until further notice.

[A large boom is heard throughout Site ██, a few seconds later the intercom crackles to life and Dr. Gears begins to speak]

"At this time SCP-XXXX has breached containment, Containment Team 039 is to track it and to get civilians out of its path under the guise of a F3 tornado until a MTF can be called in. This takes top priority. All D-class personnel are to aid Containment Team 039 in this task. Repeat, SCP-XXXX has breached containment."

[SCP-XXXX demolishes eleven (11) small buildings in two towns before containment is reestablished. The following is a report on the events in Incident Report XXXX-1]

SCP-XXXX breached containment on ██/05/200█, 2263. Traveled to the south at a movement speed of 110 kph and a rotation speed of 595 kph, a record for SCP-XXXX.

Total Foundation casualties include 039-D, 039-B, 039-H, and fifteen (15) D-class personnel.

Total civilian casualties: 23; 11 in the first town hit, [REDACTED], and 12 in the second town hit, [REDACTED].

The current containment procedures of SCP-XXXX are insufficient to contain it and need to be improved to better contain SCP-XXXX.

[The following is a notice from Dr. Gears on the reclassification of SCP-XXXX and new containment procedures]

SCP-XXXX is more dangerous than we have previously thought, and to accompany the new containment procedures detailed in the notice, SCP-XXXX will also be re-classified to Euclid due to its unpredictable nature and numerous containment breaches, both during testing and in containment.

The new containment procedures for SCP-XXXX are as follows:
