Interviewed: [The person, persons, or SCP being interviewed]
Hello good sir! How are you today?
Interviewer: [Interviewer, can be blocked out using █]
It's good to see you SCP-XXXX. I would like to ask you a few questions.
Foreword: [Small passage describing the interview]

<Begin Log, [optional time info]>

Interviewer: [speech]
Do you have a name?
Person: [speech]
Is it not rude to ask for a name, before introducing yourself first?
Interviewer: [speech]
Ah, sorry. My name is ███
Person: [speech]
Well, ███, it's nice to meet you! I have never had a "name" per se, beyond the one you gave me when I was taken in by your foundation. I did have a title, however, given to me by the few who knew of my existence. That title was "Scriptwriter."
Interviewer: [speech]
Why were you be called "Scriptwriter."
Person: [speech]
Well, that's because I was always hiding somewhere behind the scenes, making sure certain events went a certain way, as I have planned.
Interviewer: [speech]
How did you plan certain events to occur? Also, what events did you tamper with?
Person: [speech]
Well that's a bit personal, isn't it? Next question.
Interviewer: [speech]
Maybe later then. Can you explain what happened to the operative who brought you to the foundation? He went missing shortly after your capture.
Person: [speech]
Well, I had to do SOMETHING to make sure you knew I was an anomaly, didn't I?
Interviewer: [speech]
What do you mean by that?
Person: [speech]
Well, you see, it's just what I do. I control people. Not through ordinary "mind-control" nonsense, thankfully. Now THAT would be boring. You see, if I write down any name and corresponding action, the person with that name, of whom I'm thinking of, will proceed to carry out that action.
Interviewer: [speech]
Could you do that to me?
Person: [speech]
*Flinches* Only if I have something to write with.
Interviewer: [speech]
What's the limit of your ability?
Person: [speech]
Ah, the age old question. You see, I need names. I can't control anyone without a name. It doesn't have to be their ACTUAL name though! All I need is a nickname someone is known by, and I need an idea of who that person is or acts.
Interviewer: [speech]
I have no more questions at the moment. I'll come back in a few days.
action Security Guards ███ and ███ lock the door as interviewer ███ is about to leave.
Person: [speech]
No no no! Sorry, but that's not going to work. You see, it's my turn to ask the questions! Now tell me, who is SCP-001?
Interviewer: [speech]
Which one? There are quite a few.
Person: [speech]
Hm… the Angel one. I heard a little bit about it from my captor, when I got him to bring me in. I'm going to need you to tell me what you can about it.
Viewer
That's enough SCP-XXXX.
action Interviewer's mouth begins to foam.
<End Log, [optional time info]>

Closing Statement: Interviewer ███ was given a cyanide pill before entering SCP-XXXX's containment chamber. When SCP-XXXX began to ask about SCP-001, the interviewer bit down on it. It was later discovered that SCP-XXXX had cut his finger open during the interview, and was using his blood to write down "███ and ███ will lock the Scriptwriter's door and continue to guard it," under the table. He also wrote "███ will tell Scriptwriter all he knows about SCP-001." Because it is unknown how much influence SCP-XXXX has over other SCPs, it is recommended that SCP-XXXX is compensated with the D-Class personnel he asks for.
