They are the reason all other SCPs exist. as far as I know, there are nearly 8,000,000,000 of them on planet earth. they crated all other SCps. they even have debates on what the next one should be. They cannot be contained. They are destroying our planet. They are going to take over the galaxy, and eventually the universe. The only thing that may stop them is SCP-001. Please, stop them.

Description : SCP ████ is a humanoid figure. They use these technological devices in order to create SCPs and submit them to some website. Eventually, some are chosen. I have tried submitting one. Thats why SCP 4999 exists. My bad. anyway, they appear to know all of our secrets. They created the 05 council as a front so they could keep tabs on everyone.
