Special Containment Procedures: Due to there currently being an unknown amount of instances of Scp-XXXX, There is no permanent way to contain Scp-XXXX but the following temporary containment procedures are to be followed when there an instance of Scp-XXXX captured by an MTF.

In an event of capturing an instance of Scp-XXXX, either by MTF Zeta-9 (“Mole Rats”)or Epsilon-9 (“Fire eaters”), It is to be sent to a semi-permanent standard humanoid containment chamber located at Site-██, but there are similar ones at Site-██ and Site-██ as emergency containment chambers. Its containment chamber is a ten(10) meters by ten(10) meters tungsten room with heavy surveillance and a small room at entrance with a double locked door a glass six(6) meters by six(6) meters cube with a magnetically sealed door(see Addendum XXXX 2.3).

Researchers with level 2 level 3 security clearance or above are allowed to enter along with two security guards MTF Epsilon-9 members. Researchers are to be observed by one(1) two(2) researchers with level 1 security clearance and this is to be the case until the interview and/or test has been completed and the researcher is removed from the containment chamber.

The captured instance of Scp-XXXX is to be kept in containment until it expires or it is proven to be useless, which in that case is to be immediately terminated and its body incinerated.

Description: Scp-XXXX is a species of creatures, given the name Cobalus Umbrian, that appears to live on the Continents of [DATA EXPUNGED]¹. It is indicative that MTF should keep an eye on instances of Scp-XXXX while nearby [REDACTED]. Scp-XXXX lives in very damp caves with many other instances of Scp-XXXX as a nest.

Scp-XXXX resembles a goblin of myths but with noticeable differences. Scp-XXXX, in their true form, has pointed and clipped auricles² and teeth in similar form and structure to a goblin shark. Male adult instances of Scp-XXXX is about three(3) twenty(20) three([DATA EXPUNGED]³) meters and has extremely pale skin. While female adults are about four(4) to [DATA EXPUNGED] meters and have skin somewhat more similar in color to Caucasians but still fairly pale in appearance.

They seem to have similar intelligence to humans and are able to communicate in many human languages, including English. While their primary language changes with their nest location, Most instances appear to speak some unknown language but it appears to be some sort of cipher similar to the ████████ cipher.

Scp-XXXX appears to be very agile and could achieve many inhuman feats like attaching to walls, even if it seems that there is no way to attach to that wall, jumping several meters forward or above, and other inhuman feats. One feat of Scp-XXXX that interests The Foundation the most is their ability to shapeshift into any humanoid or humanoid like creature. They can also absorb the subject's memories that they are imitating by killing the subject and [REDACTED]. Currently, There is no information on how they shapeshift due to a defense mechanism of theirs.

Scp-XXXX, presumably, as a way to hide how they shapeshift has the ability to explode much of their organs about █ hours after termination. It is unknown how they achieve this but fire appears to stop this process.

While any high-caliber weapon is effective against Scp-XXXX, There are many other weapons that are considered more effective, including flame-based weapons. Their skin seems to be highly corrosive to extreme temperatures to the point that direct contact with fire, the size of a campfire, could result in an instance of Scp-XXXX almost completely melt within 5 seconds of contact⁴. This was found out during the second encounter with Scp-XXXX by Mtf Zeta-9(See Addendum XXXX 1.2).

Currently, There is an unknown amount of instances of Scp-XXXX but researchers have estimated that between 3 million to ███ million instances currently live in the world but these numbers are still being argued about and there no solid evidence that these statistics are in any way inaccurate. Most, if not all, encounters with Scp-XXXX have resulted in the instances of Scp-XXXX attacking MTF unprovoked.
