SCP-XXXX expressed a desire to attend a show with Agents T, H, and myself. We permitted the trip. An incident occurred at the show 12/11/2012 due to becoming aggravated over an unruly attendee (XXXX-A-24). SCP-XXXX is no longer to be permitted to attend shows. Otherwise, SCP-XXXX has been successfully integrated into our routines. - Agent F

Quarter has been largely devoid of anomalous incidents. Containment via integration has proven to greatly reduce occurrences of SCP-XXXX-1. This quarter had one incident 3/15/2013.
Team attempted to secure SCP-XXXX prior to departure. SCP-XXXX grew agitated and depressed. The team made executive decision to permit attendance under the condition that SCP-XXXX remains backstage, secluded from civilian contact. Unbeknownst to the team, XXXX-A-25 sneaked backstage and attempted to extract SCP-XXXX which frightened SCP-XXXX. - Agent F

Incident recorded 10/19/2013
A client (XXXX-A-26) of team ███ ███ ██████ was permitted access to the facility. XXXX-A-26 left designated areas and startled SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is to be made aware of the presence of all further guests and will be introduced prior to returning to designated containment areas. - Agent F

One incident recorded 5/31/2014
Discovered a previously unknown suspected anomalous property of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX escaped transport vehicle through locked door. SCP-XXXX experienced a near-miss with oncoming traffic. XXXX-A-27 was the driver of a Ford F150 on track to collide with SCP-XXXX before evanescing, leaving the vehicle empty leading to its swerve and crash into a nearby building - Agent F

One incident resulting in two instances of SCP-XXXX-1 occurred 9/1/2015
SCP-XXXX was restricted from attending a previous show. Observation of SCP-XXXX showed a decrease in mental health and a regression of progress of amicability. XXXX-A-28 and XXXX-A-29 engaged in a disagreement outside of the room of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX grew agitated by the perceived aggression between the two - Agent F

One incident recorded on 6/17/2017 resulting in one instance of SCP-XXXX-1
A client (XXXX-A-31) of team ███ ███ ██████ was permitted access to the facility. Upon initial introduction between SCP-XXXX and XXXX-A-31, XXXX-A-31 became irate concerning the working conditions the team was offering. SCP-XXXX was attempted to be removed from the scene by Agent H while Agent T attempted to deescalate the hostility of XXXX-A-31. XXXX-A-31 struck Agent T then instantaneously evanesced. - Agent F

A near miss incident occurred on 9/22/2018
SCP-XXXX attended a show at ███ █████ █████ in [REDACTED], California. An unruly attendee began causing a disruption in the crowd. SCP-XXXX was segregated from the crowd of civilians, however, I noticed SCP-XXXX had visual contact with the disruption and was growing increasingly agitated. The venue's security was promptly notified and the attention of SCP-XXXX was diverted by bringing it upstage where visual contact was disrupted by the stage lights - Agent F
