SCP-5546 is allowed free roam of the facility and has the same privileges as a mobile task force member with level 1 clearance. It, however, still has a containment cell. This containment cell is made of reinforced titanium 10x10x6 dimensions.
Description: A being of unknowable origin, 5546 claims to be a former ruler of a demon dimension turned mercenary. So little is known of this creature’s nature and purpose that it should be used with caution. “Kobu Kheng” as it calls itself, is a male bipedal humanoid,resembling a demon from Japanese culture, with blue computation to the skin. Capable of mass destruction in the field, it weirds a kanabō and the foundation weaponry given to personnel. The regenerative properties of Kobu are powerful, if limited.

An interview between Dr. Martin and SCP 5546:
Dr. Martin: What is your name SCP-5546?
SCP 5546: Foul manling doesn't deserve my name
SCP 5546 *cackles maliciously until he is roaring with laughter.*
Dr. Martin: Can you answer the question?
SCP 5546: Kobu, Kobu Kheng, Fifth Emperor of ████.. There is my name, don’t choke on it.
Dr. Martin: Why were you terrorising the local populace of Tokyo?
SCP 5546: Foul manling, *gibberish muttering about cupcakes*
Dr Martin: I'm sorry?
SCP 5546: You are afraid of me? *more gibberish*
Dr Martin Sighs and shuffles his papers, ignoring SCP-5546. He speaks to the recording device
Dr Martin: I have met things worse than death, sir.
SCP 5546: You is deadhead. I am glad I am not red. Did I mean dead? Or red. I’m not sure. Shut up, it was definitely red. What do you mean it was dead as well? Shut up. SHUT UP. GET OUT OF MY HEAD. NO, YOU DON’T BELONG HERE!
SCP 5546 screams incoherently for ten seconds then is silent.
Dr Martin: Sir? Are you okay?
SCP 5546: That was you, i’m going to use your intestines as a belt. After with stones I pelt.

Dr. Martin: SCP-5546, you said you wanted to talk to me.
SCP 5546: Yes, my friend, I would like to apologise for my earlier behaviour, I believe it was a bad reaction to your sedatives. I really am sorry for anything I did or said.
Dr. Martin: You are correct. It was indeed the sedatives. The foundation is
impressed at your skills with that weapon. Where did you learn that?
SCP 5546: I’d rather not talk about that, if you don’t mind.
Dr. Martin: That is okay. I have a few more questions for you. Where did you come from?
SCP 5546: I was born in what you would like to call…. hell. Or one of them at least.
Dr. Martin: So, you were never human?
SCP 5546: Never was, never will be.
Note: SCP-5546 is not a victim of the SCARLET SPEAR incident
Dr. Martin: If we were to give you a place as a staff member of this facility. What would you say?
SCP 5546: Sure! It’s better than being cooped up in this place all day. Me or you would have to make a blood pact. And that requires a D-Class.
Dr Martin Nods
Dr. Martin: Just another sacrifice to further the foundation.

Note:
D-34625 was brought to SCP-660’s containment cell and had her throat slit. SCP 5546 drew kanji script onto its azure skin, using D-34625’s blood. Then SCP 5546 swore an oath of fealty to the Foundation and resolved to serve them until he was disbanded from duty.
His containment cell was cleaned and sterilised.
Addendum: 5546-1
SCP-5546 has become more compliant and civilised over the past few months. He seems to have more respect for the staff, his behaviour may have been a side effect of the sedatives administered to him when SCP 5546 was captured. Request to change item class from Euclid to Thaumiel.
