Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a standard object safe at -18 degrees Celsius with a temperature deviation of ±3 degrees in Site 28. Any further testing must be approved by personnel with level 4 clearance or above.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a 3.3 kg crown made of seventy-three humanoid teeth and 3269 grams of obsidian. It is 49 cm in diameter and has nine spikes protruding from the top. When worn, the subject reports a change in surroundings despite them staying visible to all personnel present. The subject appears to enter a trace-like state and is unresponsive to any outside stimuli at this time. Four of the spikes on SCP-XXXX instantly stab deep into the subject's head and remain static until the subject completes the sacrifice or expires from blood loss.¹
