SCP-4550 before being willingly detained

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4550 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell and is to be given rodents or cooked salmon. SCP-4550 is sometimes kept with it's current owner, Agent O█████, after initial contact with the creature was made. Agent O█████ is to be monitored at such times, because of SCP-4550's properties. Agent O█████ is not to leave the facility with SCP-4550 at any time, for any reason.
Description: SCP-4550 is a two-tailed domestic feline [Felis Catus]. SCP-4550 is capable of many anomalous abilities, including changing it's appearance and lighting it's two tails on fire to create anomalous phenomena around itself. Its anomalous properties are usually apparent immediately, as it's commonly seen walking on its hind legs or making distressed vocalizations. It is capable of taking on many different appearances, although it prefers that of a human female. It is capable of vocalization, and likes playing pranks on staff when possible.
Past instances of SCP-4550 are called mutations, in the case of an information breach.
