Agent Sargum

Item #: SCP-####
Object class: Euclid

Special Containment procedures: O5 authorisation is required for the use of SCP-####. Any physical copies of SCP-####-A's are to be locked up inside a secure vault; while digital copies are to be deleted. Any SCP-####-B instances will have it's perimeter covered with electric fences; the entrance is to be guarded by a minimum of 5 8 guards. Any SCP-####-C instances are to be transported away from the site and are to become Class-D. See Protocol-####.

Description: SCP-#### takes the form of a video game who appears to allow any users to create a digital world of their own liking. However, the land that was created by the player manifests within the real world. Previously available on ████████ for $0.49, SCP-#### consists of SCP-####-A, either a physical or digital copy of the game, SCP-####-B, the manifested landmass, and SCP-####-C, the entities living within the borders of the area.

Users of SCP-####-A are given a 5x5 km area to construct their world. Housing, service, and industrial areas are allowed to be constructed only when a road is available. A feature called "City Happiness" is needed in order to persuade the entities to continue paying taxes to allow a more consistent flow of the in-game currency. "City Happiness" can be increased by introducing more available facilities to the public, which include emergency services. The game also provides the player "terraforming tools" in order to create a desirable landscape.

As of yet, there are 8 SCP-####-B instances, labeled SCP-####-B-1 through SCP-####-B-8, that are within Foundation custody, 6 of which were commissioned by the Foundation. 3 of the landmasses within Foundation custody are currently being used as sites ██████, ████, and Site-██. There are 3 SCP-####-B instances, labeled SCP-####-9 through SCP-####-11 who's location is currently unknown.

  • SCP-####-1: SCP-####-B-1 was stumbled upon by several agents during a training exercise. A Mobile Task Force responded to the site, where SCP-####-C-1's interpreted the task force to be an invasion of their nation, "Subrofi", chanting war cries like "For Subrofi!", and "Subrofi Strong!". The locals were quickly eliminated and the site is [DATA REDACTED]. SCP-####-A-1's current whereabouts are unknown.
  • SCP-####-2: This instance was created under Foundation jurisdiction. Mobiles Task Force Pi-3 then responded to the location of SCP-####-B-2 where the unit was then welcomed by police forces, who bowed and thanked to the task force as if they were liberators. See Event-####.
  • SCP-####-3: Being the second instance created under Foundation jurisdiction, During the course of the battle for SCP-####-B-2, it appears that the police station continually "produced" officers to continue it's defence. Since then, all future SCP-#### instances made by the Foundation are not to include police stations, or any other structures which can cause harm towards Foundation personnel. See Event-####.
  • SCP-####-4: See Event-####.
  • SCP-####-5: An online streamer, under the alias (DATA EXPUNGED), was caught by nearby agents following a stream that was discovered to surround SCP-####. His channel has since been deleted. SCP-####-B-5 was found and has been (DATA REDACTED).
  • SCP-####-6: [DATA REDACTED]. SCP-####-6 is now Foundation site ██████.
  • SCP-####-7: [DATA REDACTED]. SCP-####-7 is now Foundation site ████.
  • SCP-####-8: [DATA REDACTED]. SCP-####-8 is now Foundation Site-██.
  • SCP-####-9: Contacts in ██████ informed Foundation personnel of a channel surrounding SCP-####-A. Target was given amnestics and channel was deleted. Current location unknown.
  • SCP-####-10: Contacts in ██████ informed Foundation personnel of a channel surrounding SCP-####-A. Target was given amnestics and channel was deleted. Current location unknown.

Addendum-####-1: SCP-####-A uses the Unity engine as found in most other video games. However, when Foundation technicians looked into the code of SCP-####-A, all of the codes was the same line of letters "p1y w ME". If the code was inputted into a regular program, that program would not inherit the anomalous powers of SCP-####.

Addendum-####-2: It appears that the money SCP-####-Cs pay for taxes does manifest itself within the city hall as gold coins. Whether the currency holds any anomalous properties is still being investigated. There are no current protocols relating to the coins.

Addendum-####-3: SCP-#### seems to use only area available. It appears it does not produce it's own land other than what's available on Earth.

Addendum-####-4: On 4/27/2018, SCP-####-A received an update which included "Military Barracks" as a structure. Mobile Task Force Pi-3 was told of the possibility military personnel could spawn from the barracks as part of the area's defense force.

Protocol-####: Should any person outside of Foundation control gain a copy of SCP-####-A, he is to be apprehended and amnesticized, and his game file saved. The location of the SCP-####-B instance is to be given to Mobile Task Force Pi-3. Once secure, a single road is to be paved to the area and an electric perimeter is to be built, with 5 guards controlling the checkpoint. The SCP-####-B instance is to be evaluated for further use.

Event-####: During a scouting mission for SCP-####-B-4, the third experiment under the Foundation, Mobile Task Force Pi-3 entered SCP-####-B-4 and were ambushed by Chaos Insurgency forces and SCP-####-C-4's, including police forces. Security guards at SCP-####-B-2 and SCP-####-B-3 reported an attack by Chaos Insurgency forces. Mobile Task Force Pi-3 managed to secure SCP-####-B-4, despite taking multiple casualties. 2 weeks later, all SCP-####-B instances were secured by the Foundation. Researcher Jones, the main researcher for SCP-####, was interrogated and was revealed as the informant for Chaos Insurgency. He has since been terminated. SCP-####-B-2 through SCP-####-B-4 have been abandoned or given as a lease to the host government due to the threat of a similar assault. Since then, for all matters related to SCP-####, the requester must have O5 authorisation.
