Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4081 is to be contained in a 2m x 2m x 2m metal cell lifted 3.21m off the ground. 15 Layers of 2-inch titanium covers the metal box which contains SCP-4081.

When SCP-4081 is active, 5 guards with AR-15's should be watching SCP-4081. SCP-4081 will not go under testing unless 05 council approves. 2 guards should be outside of the containment cell for 12 hours, while 2 other guards switch positions with them.

While SCP-4081's battery is dead, 4 guards will enter the cell and check for cracks and holes. They have 30 minutes before SCP-4081 is recharged. If cracks and holes are spotted, they will exit the cell immediately and tell an L-4 Agent before leaving. When repair personnel is there, they have to plug the holes with concrete made by the concrete factory, [DATA EXPLUNGED]

Description: SCP-4081 is a humanoid robot that has armored plates and is 3.048m in hight. The plates are located at the chest, the back, the crotch, and the shoulders. The hip and body joint has a 360 turn point. The head is a standard robotic human face but the eyes are luminescent red with a triggered a fear reflex in human subjects who stare into it for longer than 1 second. it has a 1.52-meter canon that fires a light green energy blast. SCP-4081's cannon has tape-covered wires to the backplate. The tape is worn & torn, as well as the wires.

The metal endo-skeleton is mostly gray, but on the lower arms, it is black.

We don't know where, or how it charges. All we can say it is built-in charging.

We may think one of the plates may hide the charger.

We tested to see if the charger was hidden in one of the plates. It was, in the back plate. We don't have recorded video feed, so it's not official.

Due to recent video feed, we have confirmed that the charger is on the backplate. The blaster and fist can break up to 2 layers of titanium with one hit while charged at maximum percent.

Procedure: D-4211 was thrown into SCP-4081's cell, and was to observe it.

Results: D-4211 was exploded with SCP-4081 cannon.

Procedure: D-4252 was thrown into SCP-4081's cell, and was to fight it with fists.

Results: D-4252 was hit on the head and killed with one punch, exploding his head.

Procedure: D-5000 was thrown in SCP-4081's cell, and was to find the charging source.

Results: D-5000 found the charging source with successfully with no proof.

Results: D-2222 found the charging source with successfully with video feed.

SCP-4081 breached containment and MTF Alpha-9 ("Last Hope") was sent out on Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopters to contain SCP-4081. Recorded footage shows that the MTF team was blown up and only four MTF Units survived, capturing SCP-4081 barely.
