Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4154 Poses a threat to any personnel. Approval of at least 3 (3) Level 5 personnel is required for any level personnel to enter. All personnel is to put on ear muffs and special radiation suits in order to enter SCP-4154's containment. (See additional procedures for additional procedures)

Description: In appearance SCP-4154 resembles a 1972 Story & Clark 40" Console Piano. The Piano was originally discovered after the death of █████, when her body was nowhere to be found. SCP-4154 seems to play the same song repeatedly (See Additional Description), Agent ████ seems to believe that it was possessed by █████ a little after her death.

Additional Procedures: If any personnel is to come into direct radiation contact of SCP-4154 they are to immediately enter the safety chamber and press the Hydro-Wash spray on their left. Pressing the Hydro-Wash spray is a ointment that will get rid of specifically SCP-4154's radiation effect. Any personnel that is to use the Hydro-Wash spray is to immediately dry off with a disposable towel making sure to throw it out and also making sure to not leave any remnant of the towel anywhere.

Additional Description: SCP-4154 is believed to play Ring Around The Rosy whilst letting off millions of tiny spores although there have been rare cases of SCP-4154 playing a different song. When these spores come in contact with the sound waves of this song specifically, it lets out incredible amount of radiation which slowly drives the subject insane.
