Agent Vincent White

“Michael”

(SCP-4210, The First Blade)

Item #: SCP-4210

Object Class: Keter/Thaumiel

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4210 requires further study to determine whether containment procedures should be intensified or if necessarily at all. At present SCP-4210 is to be contained with a private 3-room chamber located deep beneath an undisclosed mountain range. Site housing SCP-4210 has been deemed Site-XX and exists for the sole purpose of housing SCP-4210. The facility is carefully guarded 24/7 by armed guards and the facility features the following security measures:

-Single Entrance/Exit elevator shaft made of reinforced blast-resistant steel.
-Reinforced blast doors in every room and every 20 feet within the elevator shaft.
-Constant surveillance via remote security and armed patrol guards.
-Added security measure of autonomous security drones equipped with long range cameras patrolling near location of surface exit was added on // to insure SCP-4210 does not escape.

Description: SCP-4210 was discovered in 1784 believed to be another “John Doe” left behind by the fighting of a ruthless revolutionary war. At the time of his discovery SCP-4210 was a man of roughly 6 foot in height and 180 pounds in weight with blue eyes and black hair wearing what appeared to be a soldier’s uniform covered by a long blue trench. However upon further investigation it was discovered that the uniformed man that had been discovered was not a soldier for either side and in fact still living. Due to what appeared to be numerous gunshot and knife wounds, it was believed SCP-4210 was in fact, not human and was at this point taken in by the Foundation. Within 24 hours of being taken in SCP-4210 was fully functional and all traces of previous wounds had vanished.

SCP-4210 upon awakening chose to identify himself simply as “Michael” and warn facility staff to keep their distance. Upon ignoring the request of SCP-4210 and attempting to draw a blood sample from the subject, SCP-4210 demonstrated yet another of it’s ability by conjuring and launching a sphere the size of a baseball yet the destructive power of an RPG. Using this ability SCP-4210 was able to escape outside the facility and disappear into a nearby forest.

Several days after escaping SCP-4210 returned to another of the Foundation’s Facilities of it’s own accord with a message to the Foundation, “I have seen everything and this is merely the beginning.” Upon containing SCP-4210 once more, facility personnel were able to convince the subject to remain at the facility willingly. However upon future research attempts, SCP-4210 was angered and partially destroyed the facility as well as killing numerous personnel. Based upon this it was decided by O5-1 that SCP-4210 would be moved to it’s own facility and given it’s own accommodations so as to avoid potentially harming other SCP’s in the future.

Since obtaining it’s own facility and being given more time to interact with facility staff SCP-4210 has agreed to not only cooperate with facility staff but assist Foundation agents in containing other SCP’s using it’s extensive abilities, promising to the Foundation that it could “capture others with ease like no other.” Since then it has been discovered that SCP-4210 can conjure and launch a wide variety of projectiles from thin air. SCP-4210 has also displayed incredible strength and speed as well a superhuman ability to sustain immense damage and continue functioning normally. Due to SCP-4210’s nature all future research of the subject’s anatomy in an attempt to understand it’s abilities have been forbidden by the current administration for fear of what SCP-4210 may be capable of.

Addendum 4210-A

It is believed that SCP-4210 may be have some connection to SCP-001 due to events that occurred upon a return trip from aiding Foundation Agents. The following events are recalled by one of the agents assigned to escort the subject back to it’s facility:

“During our return trip from assisting other agents in containing a high-level SCP weather conditions caused us to either land our plane or detour to avoid danger. Choosing to detour we appeared to have somehow mistakenly flown in close proximinity to Site-0 and by extension SCP-001. My fellow agent onboard pointed this out and directed our pilot to adjust his course to insure we did not stray too close. However it was at this moment that SCP-4210 seemed to enter a trance and begin to speak what we first believed was rambling. Upon further investigation this is what SCP-4210 was found to have said: ‘O Father, I am near. I have heard your call and I serve as the sword to your shield. I await your final call and until then I live by your order.’ It is for this reason that reason that myself and my fellow agent advise all agents escorting SCP-4210 in the future to avoid any path that crosses within a 10km radius of SCP-001.”

Addendum 4210-B

Further research shows that while SCP-4210 responds negatively to physical tests, the subject is somewhat willing to cooperate when questioned about it’s origins and relation to other SCP’s. However it’s answered tend to be vague, in certain instances it has directly referenced knowledge of other SCP’s and their existence in the world. Such instances include SCP-4210 referencing SCP-073 and SCP-076 despite having never met or heard of them during it’s time with the Foundation. Another such answer given by SCP-4210 hinted that the subject may be it’s own type of ‘containment’ for SCP-001 or merely one of many beings who serve it.
Addendum 4210-C

A recent near-miss that occurred while attempting to capture another SCP shows possible further connection between SCP-4210 and SCP-001. During the attempted containment of the most recent SCP that 4210 aided in, SCP-4210 was injured slightly and grew outraged. Following entering his enraged state SCP-4210 grew still and quiet, all while numerous parts of the environment were destroyed in a manner similiar to that of the weapon described in the files referencing SCP-001. Upon attempting to approach SCP-4210 an agent was destroyed on sight and only a scorch mark left in his place. Despite this, other agents were able to calm SCP-4210 from a distance before successfully containing both of the SCP’s. Upon awakening back within it’s containment facility SCP-4210 recalled none of the events that occurred after becoming enraged. It is believed this anomaly is either the same as the one observed with SCP-001 or possibly a trait inherited from SCP-001. At this time it is assumed the former is more likely as no other SCP’s have seen to be capable of this anomaly.
