Summary: Dr. █████ and D-29262 were found dead in Sector ██ of Site ██. They were located by a response team after they had been dispatched to a reported containment breach. D-29262 had been found dead inside of Containment Cell ███ with his head turned approximately 180 degrees, leaving it inverted behind him. His overall state had been described by Agent ████████ as "absolutely disgusting," and "completely and utterly unnatural."
