Description:
SCP-0923 AKA. The "Annoying Brat" Seems to be a Regular person dressed in Normal Civilian clothes Such as Khakis And a black shirt saying "I'm cool" SCP-0923 Seems to be a Regular 16 Year old who likes Memes, Slushies,Milkshakes,Pizza, And the Site's disgusting Tuna Casserole! (Edit from Dr. B Me and him DEFINETLY Aren't friends) However he can dissepear and have stuff Appear right in his hand. And can also Reappear and is also a Little annoying to Site Personnel (Most of us call him a Brat) he usually visits other SCPs and says their his "Friends" However when tested with other SCPs seems to be nothing to them when Blinking or looking away from 173 Nothing happens, But he likes to hug 173 (Ok what?) And likes to Comfort 096 (Ok should we just make this a Joke SCP?) He has O5 Clearence and has Free Roam granted. He loves all animls and is always Cheerful and can get new Hair in less than a Nanosecond.However 0923 can Dimension Hop going to 106's dimension and going to another dimension known as [REDACTED] It has also helped us know more about 106's Pocket Dimension
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-0923 Has no containment he has Free roam granted even in Containment Breaches he can just walk and Roam but cannot leave Site-■■
SCP-0923-1:
SCP-0923 was put in 035's Containment and was told to clean his room but 0923 walked to the mask grabbed it and put it on and began screaming at the top of his lungs as soon as he put 035 on. He fell down and stopped screaming "What happened to him?" Asked Dr.■■■■■ and then He rose up and looked at himself. He showed zero signs of Decompitision and said "What happened to me" in a shakey voice "You put on 035 And are now in his control" said Dr. ■■■■■ "Why?" Asked 0923 after Five (5) and Dr.■■■■■ Didn't reply 2 Guards and Dr.■■■■■ Left. The next morning 035 was found in a corner but no trace of 0923, Scientist reviewed the overnight tapes and it was discovered 0923 Screamed as he turned into nothing and was indefinetly never seen again. Drawings 0923 were put up in 035's control room as a memorial for it. Though seen as discouragly the Site Director let the papers stay there.
