Nothing is in the right format yet on purpose, but I would appreciate feedback on how to make things sound professional and clinical.
Also, no clue what class this SCP would be.
SCP xxxx is an anomalous entity of no consistent shape or size, nearly always exhibiting a shifting black color, and always possessing two luminescent yellow eyes that occupy a large portion of the cranial region. This SCP is not solid, and solid objects can pass through it, if "touched" it will illicit a tingling sensation similar to static.
It is known to follow people, listen to them and engage in theoretical conversation. Those who become friends of this SCP are known as SCP xxxx-a. This SCP bears traits of omnipresence and duality and can manifest multiple forms at once in far distant places, all seeming to bear one awareness and consciousness. This makes containment quite difficult. An instance of the SCP has come to containment with foundation personnel willingly. Several of the MTFs assigned to the case were transformed into instances of SCP xxxx-a on the trip to the foundation site. The SCP will protect instances of SCP xxxx-a and occasionally people that are previously unknown to them if the person is threatened. The SCP sometimes transforms into a much larger, blinding white version of itself in order to do so.
