Special Containment Procedures: 4351 Should be contained in a 6 meter by 6 meter cell with five (5) foot steel walls, with one (1) window for researchers, being 6 feet thick. There should be at all times no less than ten (10) guards. Guards change every three hours to stay alert. There are to be at least 4 cameras at all times. No one under any curcumstances should enter 4351's cell, with exception of Task Force Alpha 0-1467.
If 4351 is at any time manifest into another Keter class SCP, staff have three minutes to evacuate the site before a on site nuclear warhead explodes. If 4351 becomes a Euclid or Safe class SCP the cell is to be flooded, then gassed with mustard gas. After this event Alpha Task Force 0-1467 "Shape Shifters" is to enter the chamber, armed with machine guns and/or sub-machine gun and heavy duty riot armor to fix any containment leaks or breaks.
Description: SCP-4351 is a collection of two objects. SCP-4351 is a computer, of unkown make and model. It is 13 inches tall, with a mass of 16.5 pounds. The screen never displays anything unless it is beginning the transfer. Then it shows security footage of the SCP it is going to transfer. After further exploration when 4351-B is "asleep" it apears to be a rip-off of a Macintosh from [Data Expunged].
4351-B is a humaniod entity, 1.83 meters tall. It appears as an British male, about 35 years of age. When in this form it is non-aggresive, or hostile. The "transfer" is when 4351-A begins showing one (1) or more SCP's. 4351-B appears, and taking a charging cord from 4351-A, and sticks it into his arm. Subject begins to scream from any where from 30 seconds to 2 hours depending on the size of the SCP. 4351-B then changes into the SCP previusly displayed on the computers screen.
There is a limit to this entity though, with 4351 only being able to display SCP's to 200, possibly because of the age of the computer. When introduced to a new SCP, the subject become relaxed, and 4351 takes its "picture" with out it having a external camera. 4351-A takes up to three weeks to download the SCP, and transfer it.

SCP-4351 is to dangerous to be kept. For the love of life, destroy it! We have no idea how, or why it hacked in and stole the SCPs. I dont care if I have to rip it part from part. Destroy it!

We have tried on multipe acounts to try and dispose of it, but it keeps thwarting our attemps by changing into multipe SCP's. I mean yesterday we literlly had a [Data Expunged] running around. Everybody had to look down the entire time. We did learn when it changes into another SCP, it regens all limbs and/or organs.
