SCP ???
Class: ???
The object appears to be a poorly made hand-puppet: A white tube sock with a red and blue stripe, with tired/, squinted googly eyes(eyelids a dark purple) and a mop of orange hair that appears to be made of felt material. Its mouth is full of foam-like teeth with a snake-like pink tongue.
When left alone it's just a normal sockpuppet, however, when put on it attaches itself to the wearer like a parasite. The wearer's voice will take on a childlike quality and will speak for the puppet while the puppet's mouth moves simultaneously. The host body will continue speaking until expiration in which case the sock puppet will drag its host around in search of another. At this point, the puppet will speak however the voice is muffled.
Attempts have been made to separate the puppet from D-Class personnel, all hosts either died instantly or proceeded to stare at their hand before begging for the puppet to be returned to them, when refused they began to beat themselves repeatedly with the host hand before expiring. When returned things continued as usual with the puppet searching for another host as it dragged its current host by the arm.
The puppet's movements resemble a snake when the host expires, muffled hissing and whispering can be heard.
Attempts to catch it on camera have failed, photos always come out blurry, film is also blurry with static at times. As no artists are on staff, C-Class personnel were given pencils and sketchbooks the attached photo above is the best they can do. the woman who was attached to the puppet at the time was missing her lower half, Buckets were prepared, it's reported the sock puppet cackled when said buckets were used.
The sketching session was canceled after SCP ??? latched onto one of the C-class personnel and claimed them as it's new host. The picture attached is the best sketch we were able to get.
We will await further instructions.
