SCP-5022 After Containment.
SCP-5022 is to be contained into 1m x 1m x 1m metal box. The door must be closed for protection against its effects, the door must be raised and lowered by 4 metal remote controlled ropes. Any access from a Level-2 or lower is strictly forbidden. The room must be monitored by a CCTV camera. Site-13 if affected by it would be on amber alert, any anomalies exhibited by the text would be terminated immediately.
The temple where the text was located is to be monitored if any more clay humanoids come walking out of the entrance. Most of the creatures are to be shot down or left to melt in the sun. Personnel deaths are rare as strict protocol is put on the temple if a full breach occurs with the overrun of the clay humanoids. The production of them are unknown at the moment most pictures were corrupted after wards.
Description:
SCP-5022 is an ancient Persian text slab, it is believed it was made back in ██,██,565 B.C.E. Formally the slab has been tested on with different technologies all ending with "No Result".The text would admit a nausea feeling if touched or stared at by personnel, after feeling nausea the person would pass out. After 48 hours the person would enter cardiac arrest, killing them. If not killed by cardiac arrest, the person would begin looking at a tall black toned creature. After seeing the creature for over 24 hours the person would be attacked by the creature and officially die, after awhile the creature would manifest into the real world vision, if spotted contact security immediately. The Slab prefers a hot environment mostly 23 °C (75 °F) if the room temperature drops, the box would begin shaking violently ending after the temperature is stable.
The temple which the slab was put is to be studied further by scientists, most exploration of the deep temple halls were designated on hold for further security to arrive on the spot. Recent securing of the upper mid level halls were unsuccessful, intelligence agencies are to be designated with the scientist if more slabs are discovered within the lower regional exploration. If more slabs are discovered they are to be designated SCP-5022-B and to be put into another 1m x 1m x 1m metal box.

The slab was discovered by a crew exploring the temple, after touching the slab, a man soon got nausea. Most of the crew after studying the slab had the same effects, after the slab was causing more harm to the exploration team, local law enforcement's tried to take control of the situation. When foundation personnel arrived to the scene, a station was set up around the temple.When "slab creatures" where discovered within the tunnels most of the lower levels were sealed off for further personnel to arrive and explore the temple. “The slab” was placed into the metal box where it is contained at Site-09.
The first activity was the breach of the containment gates inside the lower levels. Most of the creatures went up the levels sensing foundation personnel, it is unknown how they are able to track and sense people with in the temple. The creatures soon attacked foundation personnel, security teams took awhile due to a sandstorm within the region. It is known that over 16 foundation staff on site were killed during the breach. The temple and it's slab was put on Containment Protocol after the recent breach.

Safety procedures were put in place after the arrival of the slab now designated SCP-5022 was set into a cell on a stool within its metal box. Foundation personnel monitored the box for over 2 weeks, after gathering the reactions of 5022 inside its box. Recent testing with Class-D revealed the effects of touching/staring at SCP-5022. Recent deaths of these Class-D personnel showed the effects and dangers of SCP-5022. Further testing commenced in order to fully understand the functions of SCP-5220. New research teams where put in place for observatory over the testing with Class-D personnel.
The temple where SCP-5022-1 is to be put on full lockdown if a breach occurs with in the lower hallways. Due to major breaches occurring, high security is to be put around the region with Mobile Task Force acting as local law enforcement guarding the upper checkpoint stations along the main road. Different roads have been built with the main road having a ████ feature on it, the checkpoint stations are to only access Level 3+ agents. 3 Warnings are to be issued to Level 2- staff or civilians, if refusal to comply immediate execution on the spot is to be used.
Addendum 5022-02
After further study, designation of 5022 effects from it's temple to the current containment cell has been informed. After the removal of SCP-5022 more anomalies have occurred further inside the temples hallways. More sounds and groaning could be heard from the unlit regions, other studies shows that there is more hallways deeper in the ground. More slabs have been discovered and placed on hold for transferring to Site-09, with new slabs appearing in the original position it is believed that the slab has ways to duplicate after being removed from its original area for more than 24-hours. Further containment protocols have been introduced at the site after a creature manifested out of the main containment box.

With recent events containing SCP-5022, security would be placed at the cells main door. If more creature manifest out in the future the security force would immediately terminate the creature. Testing with SCP-5022 has boosted up with Level 3 testing restricted with the death of few staff members from the first creature breaking the glass. Studying of 5880 is to be put on hold until further notice.
