Containment procedures:
SCP-XXXX-A is currently placed on the desk held in containment cell #██ on site ██. One guard should be assigned at all times outside of the containment cell and only allow personnel with access level 3 permission to enter. SCP-XXXX-B’s whereabouts are currently unknown.
Description:
SCP-XXXX-A is a humanoid robotic metal head capable of communication of an unknown manner. SCP-XXXX-A has all the resemblance of a human head; nose, eyes, ears, and mouth. SCP-XXXX-A is completely crimson red with the exception of its fluorescent yellow lights resembling eyes. SCP-XXXX-A is capable of following movement and personnel with its “eyes” but not able to move its “mouth”. This in turn does not affect its ability to communicate. Overall SCP-XXXX-A is completely immobilized and does not show any capable way of being able to move on its own.
Any attempt to figure out how SCP-XXXX-A functions or to try to identify source of power has been futile. Closer examination shows that SCP-XXXX-A is made out of an unknown impenetrable metal, research is still in progress. SCP-XXXX-A’s primary form of communication is an audio corrupted English accent. Although it has shown to have a vast knowledge of other languages, with the same corrupted characteristics.
SCP-XXXX-A claims it’s only purpose is to kill. It will ramble on about its various murders and crimes it has committed with great detail. When asked who or what created it, it’s only excuse is that it’s programming doesn’t allow it to say who. For more of this subject read the following script “Interview XXXX.1”. Despite being unable to move in its current state, it claims that it has a body. SCP-XXXX-B is SCP-XXXX-A’s other half, more specifically its acclaimed body. The only proof of SCP-XXXX-B is from SCP-XXXX-A’s claims of it.
Note: despite the foundation not having solid proof of SCP-XXXX-B, SCP-XXXX-A’s claims should not be taken lightly and must be taken seriously. Request to classify SCP-XXXX as Keter has been requested to O5 command.
Discovery:
SCP-XXXX-A was discovered by two hikers near ████ forest, ████. After discovery the authorities and eventually the foundation were contacted. The two hikers and authorities involved were given amnestics. SCP-XXXX-A claims it does not remember why or how it ended up in the forest, as well as how it lost its body.
Interview XXXX.1:
Interviewee: SCP-XXXX-A
Interviewer: Dr.████

Dr.████: Hello SCP-XXXX, I am… well you can just call me Doc. Now could you explain to me what you are or who you are? More interestingly how are you operated?
SCP-XXXX-A: Why the confidentiality Doc? Are you afraid of giving me your name by chance? Afraid that by giving me your name I won’t find out where you live and murder you while you sleep! (Laughs)
Dr.████: You can’t murder me even if you wanted to. You are contained in this cell, in this site, by the foundation. You aren’t going anywhere. Now care to answer my previous questions.
SCP-XXXX-A: I wouldn’t be here in the first place if I hadn't lost my body! I would rather be ████████. I got jobs to do! (Chuckles) you are definitely on my list now Doc.
Dr.████: Ok then… How many people have you killed and what happened to your body exactly?
SCP-XXXX-A: I lost count.. but I would say that it’s around in the thousands and as for my body… Beats me… last thing I remember I was just lying in the forest. Some of my core functions are busted. I spent days there until they found me. What I don’t understand is how someone or something was capable of doing this to me! I’m the perfect killing machine!
Dr.████: So you really don’t remember who did this to you? Who created you this way?
SCP-XXXX-A: Aren’t you listening?! I told you that some of my core functions are busted. It’s either whatever happened to me messed me up this bad or someone deliberately erased my memory. My internal tracking device is also corrupted. And as of my creator I don’t know. I’m programmed to simply get jobs and hunt those people down.
Dr.████: So like a mercenary. Who gives you these jobs?
SCP-XXXX-A: don’t know, don't care. I only do it for the rush. Have you ever seen how a human being dies in front of you Doc? There is nothing more that gives me a thrill. Just remembering is making me blood thirsty. I can’t wait for my body to find me.
Dr.████: wait… you said find you? As in.. it’s on the move? Your body can move on it’s own.. without the head?
SCP-XXXX-A: absolutely, and when it finds me and I become whole again I’m going to destroy this facility and everyone in it!.. I’ll kill you last so you can see the suffering of your comrades. Nothing can stop me.
Dr.████: Well clearly someone did. Why should I believe anything you say? As far as I know you are nothing but a head. Sure you show anomaly-like characteristics but you don’t possess a threat.
SCP-XXXX-A: Bold of you to assume. Very well… there is nothing more to talk about then. I won’t be answering any further questions.
Dr.████: I agree. We will stop here for today. Thank you for your time SCP-XXXX.

Note: A week later after this interview Dr.████ was reportedly missing. On █/█/█ Dr.████ was found in an alleyway near the town of ███ in ████. Examination of the body showed extreme bone damage, internal organ damage, shattered rib cage, damage of throat possible cause of strangulation, ████████,and brain inflammation. The body overall was not able to be identified until after being examined due to the mangled state that it was found. The foundation theories that this occured due to Dr.████ involvement to SCP-XXXX
Due to the events of Dr.████ SCP-XXXX is classified as Safe/Keter. The foundation will launch Task Force ██ for the search of SCP-XXXX-B. Any media outbreaks or mention of SCP-XXXX-B outside of foundation walls will use cover operation 0152B.

Does the O5 really think it’s a good idea to leave this SCP as “Safe/Keter”? I don’t think they realize what potential danger this thing has. It's already killed thousands without it being spotted. That’s not even mentioning that we don’t know what this thing looks like. It could have four arms, have the ability to fly, be so quiet that no one can hear it, it could be invisible for crying out loud. As far as I know I’m good as dead.
