Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5241 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell. Requests for sustenance should be reviewed by at least one (1) on-site level-4 personnel. SCP-5241 is to have a blindfold on at all times, should SCP-5241 attempt to remove said blindfold, lethal force is authorized to get it on again. Should the blindfold be damaged in any way, it is to be replaced by any on-hand objects until a new one is available. SCP-5241 is permitted one (1) religious book at a time, when it is finished with a book, replace. SCP-5241 will not leave it's containment in the event of a breach. Should the occasion of it escaping arise, SCP-5241 is noted to be calm and reasonable, and simply handcuffing it and leading it back to containment will work.
Description: SCP-5241 appears to be a humanoid male of European descent with apparel similar to a modern-day priest. It has been noted by several subjects to appear androgynous, most often due to it's long hair and feminine facial features. SCP-5241 has six (6) large wings sprouting from it's shoulder blades, torso, and tailbone. Although these appear to be fully functional, SCP-5241 has not used these. It's eyes are blue with black pupils in the shape of the Christian cross and lack irises. A golden halo rotates at the back of it's head, not connected to the head.
Looking into the eyes of SCP-5421 will cause intense religious hallucinations. Subjects most commonly report seeing images of [REDACTED]. If the subject keeps eye contact for longer than five (5) seconds, they will become paralyzed unless SCP-5241's line of sight is obscured.
The longer eye contact is kept, the more intense and upsetting the hallucinations will get. Subjects report witnessing extreme gore and violent medieval torture. If eye contact is kept for more than thirty (30) seconds, the subject will be removed from this dimension and transported to an alternate one. Witnesses describe this as being similar to an implosion. The dimension does not interfere with audio feed, and will not interfere with video feed unless SCP-5241 is within ten (10) feet of the subject.
Video feed shows the alternate dimension to consist of a large manor. The subject trapped inside will report occasional sightings of humanoid figures, leading them to believe that the manor is haunted. These sightings will continue for approximately 43 hours before a scene of the family discussing the possibility of ghosts in their house will play out in front of the subject, however, this is only if the subject has entered the dining room. The family will discuss hiring an exorcist. The moment the exorcist is mentioned, SCP-5421 will appear behind the subject, thus interrupting video feed. What happens to the subject is unknown, but various audio recordings have led to the theory that they are [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-5241 has expressed remorse over it's anomaly, often reporting that it wishes it could control the ability. It appears to enjoy talking about religion-related subjects and claims to be sent from God.
