Grape vines grown by SCP5502 (designated SCP5502-1) may be grown by SCP5502 in its containment cell for wine making and aesthetic pourposes. SCP5502 has not shown any need for food since entering containment. SCP5502 has expressed the need to maintain a high BAC to maintain bodily function. SCP5502 should be allowed to drink as much of the wine(designated SCP5502-1B) it makes from the grapes(designated SCP5502-1A) produced from SCP5502-1 as it deems necessary.

Description
SCPX5502 is a human male of seemingly mediterranean origin currently contained at minimum security facility site 17. SCP5502 weighs 74.842 kg and is 1.8288 m tall. SCP5502s anomalous properties consist of the ability to cause instances of SCP5502-1 to grow from any surface, the ability to control the species, size and quantity of SCP5502-1A produced from SCP5502-1, the ability to control the rate of fermentation in instances of SCP5502-1B, the ability to induce insanity and limited reality bending. In addition SCP5502has an anonymously high tolerance for alcohol. When SCP5502 was taken into foundation custody and given standard check in blood work, it was determined that SCP5502 had a BAC of 30%.
Discovery
SCP5502 was discovered in Napa valley Callifornia when a local police officer attempted to arrest SCP5502 for public intoxication. When SCP5502 refused to comply the officer attempted to bring SCP5502 in to custody by force. The officer grabbed SCP5502s arm and attempted to restrain it with handcuffs but before he could instances of SCP5502-1 began wrapping around his body. He was able to call for backup using his radio before he was fully restrained by the SCP5502-1 instances. Approximately one hour later 4 more officers arive on the scene with pistols drawn. One of the officers curls into the fetal position and begins to rock back and forth while speaking incoherently. The second officer is transformed in to a leopard (designated SCP5502-2) and immediately attacks the third officer. Apon seeing this the fourth officer, a foundation informant, flees the scene and reported the incident to the foundation. Agent Mattly¹ of MTF Alpha 82² Heralds of Hermeswas tasked with making contact with SCP5502 and bringing it into foundation custody. Apon making contact with SCP5502 Agent Mattly explained who he was and what the foundation was, then the agent began to negotiate with SCP5502. SCP5502 agreed to enter containment under the condition that it be allowed to make wine drink and party while in containment. Agent Mattly accepted these terms, administered class A amnestics to the officers and escorted SCP5502 and SCP5502-2 to minimum security facility site 17.
