Special Containment Procedures:: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in Site 54 inside a 30m x 30m x 30m unfurnished room located in the ██████ wing. The room is only accessible via a 5-digit code constantly changing randomly every sixty (60) seconds. The access code is only available via digital devices known as DACKs (Digital Access Combination Key) given to staff selected personally by O5-█; selected staff is to keep constant watch of their respective DACKs. In the case of a missing, personnel must report it immediately to Dr. ███████ from the Engineering and Technical Service Department. Access to the room is permitted only to SCP-XXXX-A and Foundation personnel with level XXXX-3 and above. The room is to remain under 24 hour surveillance.
A single D-Class individual is to be assigned to SCP-XXXX maximum 48 hours after the former SCP-XXXX-A has concluded Process Rebirth. The D-Class assigned must be proven guilty of murder. It is highly recommended to select a D-Class individual with a stable medical condition, or at least with a life expectancy of more than one year.
In case of an SCP-XXXX-D having deceased before Process Rebirth is concluded. It should become a high priority for personnel responsible of supervising SCP-XXXX to find a D-Class fit for the starting of a new Rebirth Procedure as soon as possible. Staff assigned to the deceased SCP-XXXX-D shall be immediately transfered to the █████ room, where SCP-XXXX-C shall terminate them via [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-XXXX-D is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell located in the west side of Site 54´s ██████ wing; just opposite to SCP-XXXX´s containment room. SCP-XXXX-D is to receive a daily clinical examination, and any medical treatment given to SCP-XXXX-D shall guarantee their survival at least until the conclussion of Process Rebirth. Under no circumstance is SCP-XXXX-D to interact with any member of the team researching SCP-XXXX or to gain knowledge about their existence, with the only exceptions being the two security personnel, the level XXXX-2 researcher and the medical staff assigned to SCP-XXXX-D; interaction with any other individuals is forbidden.
