Appearance: 25 year old Male, Caucasian. 187 cm, 87 kg, muscular and fit.
SCP Appearance: Black plasma-like humanoid entity, long and slender posture up to 3 meters high. Can evaporate to change locations in a moment. Highly mobile.
Containment Procedure: SCP-X should be contained in a spacious ‘house-like’ container, situated in a mountain area outside of Osaka, Japan, protected by Foundation personnel and Japanese Self-Defence Forces. Container should be furnished to suit a casual human’s needs and desires with Japanese decorations. (See Addendum 001) The outer shell of the container should be made of 25 cm thick lead and a magnetic disruptor should be made available and running at all times to prevent the entity shapeshifting into its vaporous form. The disruptor should have at least 2 backup units in case of a failure. However; in the cases of testing with class D personnel, the disruptor could be disabled temporarily with the written approval of 2 level O4 Foundation personnel and under the supervision of one of the signing O4 personnel.
In case of a containment breach, no violent actions should be taken towards the entity. Personnel under level O3 clearance should evacuate the site immediately while remaining personnel try to ‘convince’ the entity to get back into its containment area. Should the attempts to convince the entity fail, magnetic disruptors should be fully charged so that the entity is disabled temporarily and could be carried back to its containment area.
SCP is to be supplied with any household or electronic item of its desire and it should be escorted outside of the container once in a week so that it could feel open air and relax, just as a casual human being. During this event, portable magnetic disruptors should be carried by the escort team, ready to be triggered in case of an incident.
Description:SCP is 25 year old Male, Caucasian with 187 cm height, 87 kg, muscular and fit body. When it changes to its other form, it turns into a Black plasma-like humanoid entity, long and slender posture up to 3 meters high. In this state it can magnetically 'evaporate' to change locations in a moment. When faced with test subjects the entity induces their respective mortal fears to its subjects depending on a random basis. The tests have concluded that there is no objective sequence for the SPC to affect subjects; some objects were not even affected by the SCP (Test Notes 001) whereas some were killed in a grotesque manner with projectile bleeding(Test Notes 002)and petrification (Test Notes 003).Some subjects on the other hand, were only exposed to their fears and let go by the entity (Test Notes 004). As of today, no correlation has been found about the motives of the Entity.
Given the horrific nature of the entity, it should be noted that the SCP is extremely docile under normal circumstances and interestingly enough, cooperative with the Foundation personnel. It allows testing and seems to understand the Foundation and its work. No evident reason to determine why the entity differs the Foundation personnel from the D class subjects is available. When asked about its motives and nature, the otherwise talkative SCP prefers to keep silent. Marking the second year of its captivity; the SCP finally decided to describe itself and its purpose. (See Addendum 2).
The SCP displays many basic and advanced human emotions just as if it is any other person. It possesses deep knowledge about the history, geography and law. The DNA samples taken from the humanoid form displayed no difference from a Homo Sapiens. The DNA samples do not however; match with any person on the Foundation database. The SCP has an approximate IQ of 130, again, resembling an intelligent human being of its equivalent. The SCP is highly fond of board games such as Chess and Backgammon and with the written approval of an O3 personnel, any desiring Foundation personnel could play with the SCP.
