Description: SCP 6190 is an entity looking like a human male, with no hair anywhere on the body and no pupils or desirable features. While docile, no one, not even 0-5 personnel, are allowed to talk to it unless during testing. No sensors or cameras are allowed in the cell.
SCP-6190 is entirely made of human skin with no organs. The inside of SCP-6190 is pure fat and muscle. The strength of SCP-6190 should only be 50 kilograms, but during the breach, it's seen to lift 6 tons of concrete to save SCP-6190-1.
SCP-6190-1 is the effect SCP-6190 has on anyone who asks it a question. SCP-6190 will answer correctly no matter what, even if the information is impossible to know. It once described scp-96's face from memory and did not trigger SCP 96. SCP-6190-1 is the human or sentient creature who is answered by SCP-6190. The interviewer, or any sentient creature who receives any answer, will live for another week but will begin to die soon because their cells stop undergoing mitosis as the effect of hearing these answers. Further research is ongoing. SCP-6190-1 are telepathic and can't hear anyone but SCP-6190.
