Day 0/ Hour 12: A large cooking pot was brought to our attention and acquired from an outer-suburban neighborhood in [REDACTED], Michigan.
Day 0/ Hour 14: The pot has been placed on top of a gas stove contained in an 8x8 cubical cell. The oven valves have been removed to prevent a fire from starting under the burners.
Day 0/ Hour 15: The stove remains cold. The pot is empty.
Day 0/ Hour 16: The stove remains cold. The pot is 3/4ths full of clear lukewarm water.
Day 0/ Hour 16: I have been reminded not to assume the liquid in the pot is water.
Day 0/ Hour 17: The stove remains cold. The pot contains the same amount of liquid. Did someone just steal it, fill it up with water, and put it back? Is this a prank or something?
Day 0/ Hour 22: The stove is, yet again, cold. The pot contains the same amount of liquid and small bubbles of air have begun to form on the bottom.
Day 1/ Hour 0: The stove is cold again. A single white bean has appeared in the pot. I’m considering not mentioning the temperature of the stove unless it changes.
Day 1/ Hour 1: The liquid is bubbling a little. The bean is in the same place as an hour ago.
Day 1/ Hour 2: The bean relocated to the center of the pot and the bubbles coming out of it are centered in the middle.
Day 1/ Hour 4: The stove is lukewarm. The liquid and bean in the pot are bubbling.
Day 1/ Hour 6: The bean screamed.
Day 1/ Hour 6: A high pitched screech sounded and the source was the bean inside the pot.
Day 1/ Hour 7: Several D-Class have been assigned to enter . Two of them showed up.

Day 1/ Hour 12: I woke up feeling a little fuzzy in the head. The cell has changed in appearance. A beige plastic wall phone is on each adjacent wall to the one the stove is against.
Day 1/ Hour 14: I don’t know why, but I was compelled to bring a single farfalle noodle to the pot. There was already one inside the pot next to the bean. I put mine inside. There was still one noodle in the pot.
Day 1/ Hour 15: The stove has been cold for one day. The pot is filled with a tasty looking bean pasta dish.
Day 1/ Hour 16: Why have I been recording a log of this pot? It’s been empty the whole time.
