3/XXXX LEVEL 3/XXXXCLASSIFIED |
Item #: SCP-XXXXObject Class: Euclid |
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained within a standard anomalous humanoid containment cell. Any flammable substances that would normally be found inside the cell have been replaced with non-flammable material. SCP-XXXX must only be served frozen foods as per their request.
SCP-XXXX's cell is to be guarded by a guard equipped with a flame-retardant suit at all times.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a human male that stands at 185 cm and weighs 64 kg. SCP-XXXX is from Caucasian decent. SCP-XXXX has brown hair, blue eyes, and a small scar on his left cheek. SCP-XXXX claims to have the name Nicholas ███████ and records show that Nicholas ███████ is a real person; however, through further investigation, there is a man with the same name who is physically identical to SCP-XXXX but does not bear the anomalous effects of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX and Mr. ███████ can be observed to be growing and developing at the same rate.
SCP-XXXX's outer layer of skin is entirely engulfed in flames. The fire that SCP-XXXX emits does not release smoke or ashes of any kind. SCP-XXXX receives no damage from the fire and SCP-XXXX claims to feel no pain; however, SCP-XXXX can periodically be seen violently flinching and gritting his teeth. This may be due to the fact that SCP-XXXX's interior is not immune to the fire.1 SCP-XXXX is able to wear clothing without it being destroyed by the fire.
SCP-XXXX claims that the fire he is engulfed in is connected to the life of Nicholas ███████. He claims that he came into existence at the same time as Mr. ███████, while already knowing his circumstances. He also claims that if the flames that engulf his body are extinguished, Mr. ███████ would cease all life functions and SCP-XXXX feels obligated to take Mr. ███████'s place. When SCP-XXXX was offered the chance to extinguish the fire, he turned it down and said,
"I could not live with myself knowing that I was the cause of the death of another human being, even if I would get a chance at a normal life."
