Actually, I don't have thought of anything concrete yet. I create this sandbox to reflect on my fears, trying to get to somewhere.

What I am terrified of:
1. Snakes.
2. My teeth rotting, loosing, shifting, or breaking.

What I really dislike:
1. Insomnia. Lying awake for hours and getting anxious about how to get up the next day.

What calms me:
1. Stay in a closed room and lean against something.
2. Drown myself in games or fictions (I am so sorry).
3. Music, loud or soft, depending on the reason for anxiety and the surroundings.

That's much of it now. I think I am such a normal person.
