Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3719 is only to be monitored. With its fast spread throughout humanity, it can not successfully be contained. Researchers and analysts are to be dispatched when a case of SCP-3719-B is located. All samples collected from SCP-3719-B are to be sent to Area 12 for further study of the pathogen. If a case of SCP-3719-B is found in a live state, they are to be moved to Site-66 and held in individual Humanoid holding cells. These beings are to be fed 3 times a day and given water when requested. Cases of SCP-3719-B are not to be permitted to speak to anyone outside of scheduled research times. Any people found with 3719-B are to be neutralized immediately, as well as the entity to ensure the safety of the research facility.
SCP-3719 is has been found in 99% of humans. Most humans exhibit no signs of SCP-3719 and are to be referred to as SCP-3719-A. There is currently a .00001% of a member of the human population becoming the entity known as SCP-3719-B. These entities are extremely rare, yet cases of 3719-B caused by a mutated strain of the pathogen happen more frequently as the human population reproduces.
This disease is thought to have been produced by [DATA EXPUNGED] to eventually cause a CK End of the World scenario. Research of subjects that contain 3719-B are to be conducted in an interview room by a trained psychologist with Level 2 clearance with Security personnel containing Level 1 clearance. Description: SCP-3719 is a Virus that causes the need to participate within actions that are deemed socially criminal and at its worse cause the infected to participate in mass violence and create organizations with the sole purpose to control. This disease has been transferred through unknown means to the majority of the population. Most people can be considered under the guise of SCP-3719-A. 3719-A is considered to be non-threatening strain of the virus. People that contract this strain commit forms of minor crimes. Speeding, shoplifting, usage of illicit substances, and robbery. SCP-3719-A is considered to be human and behavior today is considered a “normal” person.
People who contain the strain of the virus known as SCP-3719-B are considered highly dangerous. These people possess the ability to manipulate others around them to get to their ulterior goal or motive. DNA swabs of global leaders of [data expunged] has revealed that 20% of those tested have been found positive for strains of 3719-B. Subject collected from [Redacted], Pakistan was revealed to contain the strain B of the virus. As this subject was a high value target to many nations, a story was made about the subject of his death.
Analysis shows that a new strain can form designated 3719-C. If not quickly contained and or eliminated, SCP-3719-C may cause a CK End of the World scenario. As of right now, no known cure or treatment is available for this virus. Information is to be kept confidential from any staff below Level 4 clearance, as to avoid panic in the general populace. The current story in place that any events that coincide with behavior caused by SCP-3719 is labeled as; Humanity or Psycopathy.
