SCP-XXXX
Description: SCP-XXXX is a white plastic waste bin that stands two feet in height, and has a circular base with a radius of three inches. SCP-XXXX does not have a cover, though it does have two oval-like holes, which are on the opposite side of one another and act as handles to carry SCP-XXXX.
Within SCP-XXXX are various sized papers that have been crumpled up, and seem to be discarded. The papers (Labeled SCP-XXXX-1) are various colors, sizes, and types, which include printer paper, posterboard, construction paper, tracing paper, etc. On each and every paper that has been recovered from SCP-XXXX there has been a drawing (Which are labeled as SCP-XXXX-1-D). These drawings depict various events, none of which have been knowingly recorded, or observed by any personnel. While all instances of SCP-XXXX-1-D are unrecorded events that have not yet occurred, any subjects who view SCP-XXXX-1-D are convinced that the event which the image depicts has happened within the last year, and in some cases, the last few minutes.
In previous tests involving SCP-XXXX and all subsidiaries, it has been noted that SCP-XXXX causes extreme paranoia in those who come within close proximity of it. Subjects often express feelings of dread, and refuse to interact with any instances of SCP-XXXX-1.
Addendum: In the wake of incident [REDACTED] SCP-XXXX is to be used in case there is any threat of a world disaster, in order to notify any government it may effect.
Conatinment: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard containment unit, with the exception of no video monitoring, and under no circumstances should there be any direct contact with any instance of SCP-XXXX-1 unless expressly given permission by at least two Class Three Personnel.
