Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should reside in a 5 m by 5 m (16.4 ft by 16.4 ft) room at Minimal Security Site 18. The room should always be monitored by at least one staff member in case SCP-XXXX appears. In the case that SCP-XXXX does appear, 1-3 staff members should be alerted and sent to visit SCP-XXXX, making sure he doesn't wander too much. Adding any further safety measures or clearances is unnecessary/impossible due to the nature of SCP-XXXX (see description).

Description: SCP-XXXX is an approx. 1.87 meter tall male of seemingly white ethnicity and wearing a white suit with apparent nigh omnipotence. SCP-XXXX appeared in the lab, where he was detained and questioned (see notes). SCP-XXXX appears as a normal human, displaying social skills and even a sense of humor. While many staff members have seen SCP-XXXX, none of them can remember exactly how the subject looked like, but all describe general features like: brown hair, light pigmentation, and a white glowing suit. While SCP-XXXX does not pose a security threat as of yet, he cannot be seen on a video camera, nor are any pictures of SCP-XXXX possible.

SCP-XXXX is in the search of entities he named "the fallen ones", and although it has been speculated that they might be SCP-s, SCP-XXXX gave no clear answer as to who these entities are. SCP-XXXX is detained willingly in his chamber, as containment has proved impossible (see notes).

Addendum #XXXX-1: "SCP-XXXX, nicknamed "The Emperor" appears as a young adult, approximately 20-25 years of age, although his appearance is slightly different to each observer. He appears to have a new suit every time he appears, but he always arrives in a white one, which is apparently indestructible and immune to all impurities. He appeared in front of Minimum Security Site 18, asking one of the researchers if he knew the way to "The fallen ones" (see interview). While the subject's powers are still unknown, he has shown to possess the following abilities: weather modification, teleportation, flight, object creation, matter annihilation, and nigh omniscience (see interview). The subject claims to come from a "chain of dimensions" he rules over, and that he is currently in the search of the "fallen ones". It seems that, although SCP-XXXX shows nigh omniscience, he has no knowledge of Earth's geography, nor does he have any awareness of the location of any entity outside his vision. When asked who "The fallen ones" are, he gave no clear answer but alluded to SCP-049 and others alike. Possible subject reclassification to Thaumiel may be necessary.

Addendum #XXXX-2: Appearance

SCP-XXXX was discovered outside Minimum Security Site 18 by Dr. ████████████ ███████████. He was floating approximately 0.5 meters above the ground and going from cell to cell searching. Once stopped and asked who he was and what he was looking for, he responded with: "I am the Emperor, and you are Dr.████████████ ███████████, how wonderful to meet you", and offered the Doctor a handshake. Afterwards, he agreed to be detained and questioned.

SCP-XXXX: (Rises and offers a handshake as Dr.Drake enters the room) Good to see you Dr.Drake, it is a pleasure meeting you.

Dr. Drake: (Accepts handshake) How do you know my name?

SCP-XXXX: Oh I know a lot of things my dear doctor, too much in fact. Truly, at times I do see that ignorance is bliss.

Dr.Drake: We found you wandering outside Minimum Security Site 18, how did you get here and what were you looking for?

SCP-XXXX: Even if I was to try and explain my method of travel to you, you wouldn't be unable to comprehend it. So let's just call it teleportation, or if you want, a dimensional gate would be a better name I suppose. As for my intentions, I am looking for the fallen ones.

Dr.Drake: Who are these fallen ones?

SCP-XXXX: Entities. Beings from another world. Some come under a mask of friendliness, others come with a mask of mystery, others come with a mask of salvation, claiming to have a cure. Others, however, wear no mask at all. They are all liars. Killers.

Dr.Drake: Are you referring to the S- (interrupted)

SCP-XXXX: (interrupts) I might be Doctor, but you see, there are things that you aren't meant to know yet, I usually try to be straightforward as possible and avoid speaking in riddles but unfortunately my good Doctor, this one, I cannot tell.

Dr.Drake: (Visibly shaken) How did you know I was going to ask that? What powers do you possess?

SCP-XXXX: I know the past and the future to an… increasingly larger extent. Matter control, time distortions, I can be at any place I want, I can be at multiple places at the same time, I can levitate etc. And yes Drake, I know what you're thinking right now… disgusting.

Dr.Drake: Can you prove you possess any of these abilities besides telepathy?

SCP-XXXX: Yes, but I don't feel like it now.

Dr. Drake: You look very human, is this your true form?

SCP-XXXX: No, I am a much more complex being. In my dimension, I look very different, although as handsome as I am now, I assure you. I took this form so your minds don't implode when you see me.

Dr.Drake: What do you mean by "my dimension"?

SCP-XXXX: I come from a dimension very different than yours, in fact, it's more of a cluster of dimensions which I rule and have control over.

Dr. Drake: You rule over dimensions?

SCP-XXXX: Indeed. But I do not rule over sentient entities, nor do I rule over space or time. These dimensions are beyond your comprehension, sadly.

Dr.Drake: If you have such power, why do you have to search for these "fallen ones", shouldn't you be able to locate them easily?

SCP-XXXX: You know the only reason I'm letting you finish your question and not answering your thoughts immediately is because of this transcript you're doing right?

Dr.Drake:

SCP-XXXX: For some reason, I have no locational awareness of this world. Something is keeping that away from me. Some…thing maybe.

Dr.Drake: Could it be one of these "fallen ones" you're mentioning?

SCP-XXXX: (Pauses) I guess that's a possibility, yes.

Dr. Drake: What will you do when you find one of these "fallen ones"?

SCP-XXXX: Annihilate them.

Dr.Drake: For what reason?

SCP-XXXX: Let's just say they are a big threat. Not only to me but to your world as well.

<End Log>

Interviewer's Note: While SCP-XXXX does have a very natural way of talking, his responses are very quick, even to very hard questions, his answers are almost instant. Almost like he knows what question will come up, or almost like he has had this conversation before.

Addendum #XXXX-3: After the subject's second appearance, when a staff member requested to take a picture of SCP-XXXX, the subject refused and said he cannot be viewed by the means of a digital camera. The reason for this is still unknown, although SCP-XXXX has stated that it is because of his anomalous nature. Although SCP-XXXX leaves no digital trace, the subject does appear to leave a heat signature.

Addendum #XXXX-4: The First Anomaly

After his second appearance, SCP-XXXX was discovered to not leave any traces behind, as well as being completely invisible to any recording device, except a voice recorder.

SCP-XXXX: Doctor, so good to see you again. To what do I owe this pleasure.

Dr. Drake: We discovered a weird anomaly, it seems that you are invisible to any recording device, i-

SCP-XXXX: No Doctor, this is not by my will, and I do not control it. Your cameras cannot capture me because they, unlike your human vision do not filter out my true form.

Dr.Drake: Why can't we see it then?

SCP-XXXX: (chuckles) Because you would fall into madness, or just die instantly.

Dr.Drake: Why have you returned here?

SCP-XXXX: Well as you know doctor, I am still searching.

Dr.Drake: For the fa-

SCP-XXXX: Yes.

Dr.Drake: Have you made any progress thus far?

SCP-XXXX: Well, doctor, not in this facility, thanks to your great attempts to keep me occupied.

Dr.Drake: Please, understand what it would mean for us if you started to interact with other SCP-s. It could pose a huge security issue.

SCP-XXXX: I would try to persuade you, but you've made up your mind already.

Dr.Drake: (pauses) Are these "fallen ones" you keep speaking of, humanity?

SCP-XXXX: Humanity? No. I hold great respect for humanity, in fact, you are one of the reasons I came. I came here to save your world, sadly you do not see that yet my good Doctor. But you will. (SCP-XXXX disappears)
