Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5001 cannot be contained but can it only be spotted during hurricane season
Description: SCP-5001 is a humanoid SCP with a tall slender body and no facial features with an umbrella in it's hands at all times.
Nothing is really known about SCP-5001 but every time it is seen in an area a huge and bright flash of lightning can be seen from miles away and the SCP disappears. Looking at the flash may cause temporary or permanent blindness based on how far or close you're seeing it.Then after some time usually from a minute to a few days extreme weather will hit that area from sever thunderstorms to tornadoes to hurricanes and even volcano eruptions and acid rain, but luckily appearances are rare of this scp.
Scp 5001 disappears so fast that there only drawings of the scp
How it generates or creates the storms is unknown at the moment
It is only spoted during hurricane season, any changes must be reported immediately
Some personal have theorized that it it came from a different planet and it came from an asteroid causing the extinction of the dinosaurs but studies have shown it can't make asteroids.
Dr.█████ theorized that it came from another dimension or its own dimensions where sever weather is common.
