Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4207-1 is confined to Site ██. SCP-4207-1 is to be accompanied by two surgically deafened security guards fluent in American Sign Language at all times. SCP-4207-1 may assist Foundation researchers with other SCP projects contained at Site ██, but may not initiate projects of its own. Any requests from SCP-4207-1 requesting it be permitted to initiate a project is to be denied. SCP-4207-1 is not to be provided with any form of writing implement. SCP-4207-1 is to be instead provided with a handheld word processor equipped with appropriate word-recognition software programmed to recognize any part of SCP-4207. All documentation of SCP-4207-1 is to be destroyed whenever it is found. Any media suspected to contain an instance of SCP-4207 is to be destroyed. Under no circumstances should media suspected to contain SCP-4207 instances be read by Foundation staff. Any individual found to have been exposed to SCP-4207 is to be immediately classified as SCP-4207-2.
Instances of SCP-4207-2 are to be contained in designated standard humanoid containment cells at Site ██. Researchers entering the vicinity of SCP-4207-2 instances are to be accompanied by at least one security guard equipped with a tranquilizer rifle at all times.
Description: SCP-4207 is the given name of SCP-4207-1, formerly known as Doctor █████. SCP-4207-1 is a Caucasian male of American origin standing 1.82 meters tall and weighing 71.2 kilograms. SCP-4207-1 possesses no tongue, but displays no anomalous properties. SCP-4207-2 instances are individuals that have been exposed to SCP-4207. ███ instances of SCP-4207-2 are contained at Site ██ as of ██/██/████. Due to the nature of SCP-4207, it is plausible that more instances of SCP-4207-2 exist.
SCP-4207 is a memetic hazard which alters subjects' perception of reality when the subject hears the spoken form of SCP-4207. Instances of SCP-4207-2 believe that any non-SCP-4207-2-instance human that the instance perceives has been replaced by impostors. Instances of 4207-2 cannot be swayed to believe otherwise by any means. SCP-4207-2 instances will cooperate with each other in order to fight the perceived impostors. SCP-4207-1 is immune to the effects of SCP-4207; as such, instances of SCP-4207-2 that come in contact with SCP-4207-1 perceive SCP-4207-1 as an impostor.
SCP-4207 was first discovered ██/██/████, when Foundation researcher Dr. █████ spontaneously assaulted another researcher recently assigned to Site ██, where SCP-4207-1 was stationed. When several other researchers and D-class personnel exhibited similar behavior, Site ██ was quarantined indefinitely until the cause of the outbreak could be identified. When a similar outbreak occurred at the post office in ████████, Dr. █████ was immediately classified as SCP-4207-1 and placed in containment.
Prior to ██/██/████, SCP-4207 displayed no anomalous properties, implying that SCP-4207's memetic effect is a byproduct of the ███-████ experiment conducted at Site ██ on that date.
