ITEM #: SCP-XXXX
OBJECT CLASS: Keter
SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:
SCP-XXXX is not yet containable due to the fact that no procedure has been found to stop SCP-XXXX to not take place.
All surviving instances of SCP-XXXX are for research purposes in containment under the following procedures:
SCP-XXXX-1 instances are to be contained in a regular humanoid containment cell under medical care to ensure that SCP-XXXX-1 doesn't expire from its injuries. Recovered instances are either to be brought back into normal society after being administered by Class-B amnestics or used as additional D-class personnel.
SCP-XXXX-2 instances are to be kept in a regular humanoid containment cell. The subjects need to be interviewed once a week to counteract their memory loss and obtain new information on SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX-3 instances are to be kept under quarantine in a reinforced humanoid containment cell under constant camera surveillance until the subject's anomalous properties have been identified. SCP-XXXX-3 will be then moved to the proper containment unit to prevent a possible containment breach or injury of personnel.
DESCRIPTION:
SCP-XXXX is an event that occurs at a probability of 0.25% when a person is about to expire due to an injury inflicted by another person, whether it is directly or indirectly.
The affected subject enters a comatose state until succeeding or failing the event. The consciousness of the subject will be transferred to a different realm that resembles the place they have been injured. After being transferred to the realm, an entity referred to as SCP-XXXX-A manifests and attempts to take out the subject three times.
Being unable to defend all attacks of SCP-XXXX-A successfully results in the expiration of the subject, failing the event.
When the subject is able to defend against one attack of SCP-XXXX-A, they will retransmission into their body, which is still heavily injured. The subject is now designated as SCP-XXXX-1. The subject will have no memory of the event and will expire if not given medical care under 10 hours.
If the subject defends the entity two times it will result in the retransmission as SCP-XXXX-2. Their body will only show minor injuries and the subject suffers under selective amnesia, remembering only parts of the event. The amnesia will increase if the subject is refrained from human contact for longer than a week, resulting in memory damage and possible identity loss.
Sustaining all three attacks of SCP-XXXX-A results in the subject being retransmitted as SCP-XXXX-3. The subject wears no injuries and obtained an anomalous property that counteracts the cause of the initial lethal injury that it was inflicted with. It is unable to determine what anomalous property SCP-XXXX-3 will get after the event. SCP-XXXX-3 is able to recall SCP-XXXX in its entirety and the probability of SCP-XXXX reoccurring to SCP-XXXX-3 increased to about 50%, also increasing the probability that SCP-XXXX-3 will obtain a different anomalous property after the event.

SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:
SCP-XXXX should be kept in a wide humanoid containment cell with reinforced walls and cushioning to prevent any kind of harm upon itself or others. The cell's ventilation needs to be connected to an air filter to eliminate SCP-XXXX's effects. Research personnel have to wear a full hazmat suit with their own oxygen supply when entering the containment cell and need to hide their ID Card to prevent aggressive behavior from the creature.
DESCRIPTION:
SCP-XXXX is a humanoid creature of approximately three meters in height and has a slender build. Its arms are out of proportion compared to the rest of the body and its face only consists of a thin mouth and two small red orbs. It is currently the smallest creature found in the old laboratory of the former researcher Dr. Blank.
SCP-XXXX is capable of communication, the vocabulary having the capacity that a six-year-old child would have. Some researchers have reported that the voice would make them feel uneasy and requested sound filters to be installed. This request though has been denied due to numerous tests with SCP-XXXX showing that it has no known anomalous effects in its voice.
The creature is mainly docile towards D-class personnel and only attacks research personnel or other personnel resembling research personnel. Since the other anomalies found along with SCP-XXXX act in a similar distressed manner towards research personnel, it is hypothesized that all creatures were physically mistreated by Dr. Blank, which is the second known instance of his assaulting behavior towards SCPs.
SCP-XXXX releases pheromones that when breathed in make the affected person emit severe trust and favor towards the SCP. It has been also noted in a document found in its place of origin that the creature if it's aggravated enough, is able to grow multiple spikes on its back and grow out its claws.
The creature usually paces around its cell and when noticing research personnel or personnel similar in appearance throws them into the wall in an attempt to knock the person out. Then the creature proceeds to run with full force against the walls while screeching incoherently in a high-pitched manner. In such a case SCP-XXXX should be given sedatives through the ventilation system and injured personnel is to be removed from SCP-XXXX's containment cell as soon as SCP-XXXX has been incapacitated successfully. The creature should be left alone for approximately five hours until a new experiment or interview is to be attempted.

Recovery Log:
SCP-XXXX was on 19/04/2008 along with other anomalies discovered in an old laboratory of an abandoned factory in Detroit, Michigan that turned out to belong to the former Foundation researcher Dr. Montgomery Blank. All of the creatures were in disruptive and feeble condition and almost starved to death, which made them extremely hostile and difficult to contain. After returning to the laboratory a second time to retrieve the last of the anomalies old documents about twenty-four experiments noted from Alpha to Omega were found that had a lot of useful information about the found anomalies. The whereabouts and the condition of the other creatures besides the creatures in containment and the whereabouts of Dr. Blank are currently unknown.

ITEM #: SCP-XXXX
OBJECT CLASS: Euclid
SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a regular humanoid containment cell and is connected to a life support system at all times. The SCP's physical health needs to be monitored on a regular basis and all changes documented and reported. No sleeping or resting chambers are allowed to be built in a radius of 500 meters. All personnel working in the area need to be in a rested state and tired individuals should either be brought out of the radius or be treated with caffeinated beverages to prevent them from falling asleep.
Subjects that are used for experiments need to be restrained to prevent any damage to themselves or personnel and need to be given psychological assistance before and after the experiment.
DESCRIPTION:
SCP-XXXX is a 22-year-old female in a comatose state suffering from severe lung damage. If someone falls asleep in a radius of 500 meters around the SCP, the person will enter the rem state in about 13 minutes and will experience a lucid dream, where the person will encounter SCP-XXXX in a younger state appearing like a 6-year-old child, also known as SCP-XXXX-1, and the person will lose their control over their dream.
SCP-XXXX-1 has the full ability to control someone's dream and causes panic and high fear levels in the subject which can lead to a cardiac arrest.
During the rem sequence of the dream is the subject not paralyzed, which causes them to harm themselves or others around them.
Subjects who awake afterward are not able to communicate with others and have motoric problems, having cramped muscles and constant shivering.

SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:
SCP-XXXX should be kept in a containment cell with halogen light tiles on every wall to prevent any production of shadows. Any light source should be replaced by technical staff after approximately 5 hours to avoid a containment breach. The SCP needs to be kept in chains with floodlights directed at it during the repair procedure.
DESCRIPTION:
SCP-XXXX is a black creature in the appearance of a silhouette which absorbs most potions of light. The SCP is able to faze through any shadow and dark surface and is not able to be harmed unless it is in direct light.
SCP-XXXX approaches anyone in a poorly lit or light absent area from behind and lets out an unidentifiable noise that causes the subject to stiffen. The SCP then proceeds to pull them into the darkest spot in the room and disappears with no trace. The subject returns in the same spot twenty minutes later with no visual conception and high levels of adrenaline and fear.
Any light source directed to SCP-XXXX gets damaged and will cease function in a range of twenty minutes to five hours depending on the light source and material.

SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a containment vault protected by a hand scanner and a four-digit passcode. The outside and interior of the vault are under constant camera surveillance. At least one guard with audio- and visual hazard training should be observing the personnel during testing to ensure that no outbreak of SCP-XXXX-1 instances occurs. All personnel are not allowed to be exposed to SCP-XXXX's footage for longer than 5 minutes and are not permitted to perform tests or research on SCP-XXXX again. Every personnel exposed to SCP-XXXX will be documented and is put under mental health screening. Longer exposure than 5 minutes results in immediate quarantine or termination.
Digital and physical copies of SCP-XXXX are to be terminated without exception.
DESCRIPTION:
SCP-XXXX is a video cassette tape from the archives of an art college in Melbourne that dealt with an outbreak of SCP-XXXX-1 instances. The tape shows signs of usage and is labeled as "Sound of Art", with a signature of the anartist Strawberry Leicester, who died in 1984 during a bank robbery.
The tape, when activated, shows various artworks of the anartist while a distorted song plays in the background. Being exposed to the footage for longer than 5 min causes neurological damage that develops the subject's persuading capability and starts to neglect the neurological and motor functions of the subject's brain and body.
The affected subjects, designated as SCP-XXXX-1, appear to be charismatic and highly motivated to convince non-affected personnel to watch SCP-XXXX, which would affect them as well.
SCP-XXXX-1 instances have the urges to watch SCP-XXXX and copy the tape onto any electrical device possible to spread SCP-XXXX, which makes it difficult to successfully contain the object.
Interviews with SCP-XXXX-1 instances have shown that SCP-XXXX preoccupies their thoughts and believes that the tape would hide a deeper meaning of what they call "The true sound of art".
The constant exposure to SCP-XXXX's footage causes SCP-XXXX-1's neurological state to worsen, which causes the subject after 5 hours of exposure to expire due to organ failure.

SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:
SCP-XXXX's initial property is surrounded by a concrete fence and needs to be guarded by security personnel claiming to inhabit SCP-XXXX at all times. The outside and interior of the object need to be kept under constant camera surveillance and the entrance to SCP-XXXX-1 blocked off by a fence. Level-3 personnel or higher with a specialization in abnormal architecture are permitted to enter SCP-XXXX. After an experiment, all subjects who have exited SCP-XXXX-1 are to be put under medical care immediately and screened for mental health issues. Any subject not returning after one week from SCP-XXXX-1 is to be considered deceased.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a two-story brick building located in the suburban area of Lindenhurst, Illinois and belonged to Albrecht Charles, who purchased it at an auction after the former owner went missing. The ground floor and basement of the object resemble the interior of a usual modern house with no known anomalous properties.
The Foundation caught the attention of SCP-XXXX after Charles went missing for 3 days and was found within his home unconscious from exhaustion, malnutrition, and dehydration. A Field Agent working in the hospital and other medical staff recognized that Charles showed more excessive signs of dehydration and malnutrition as if he hadn't consumed anything for about a week. After being asked where he was in the last 3 days, he replied that he "got lost while getting his backpack for a trip" and that "it felt like almost two weeks". The Foundation upon request of Field Agent Saturday Goodwill dispatched MTF-ψ-7 "Home Improvement" to investigate. Five MTF Agents went lost while investigating the upper floor and another three were lost in an attempt to retrieve the other MTF Agents. One of them, Agent Dallas, was found two days later in the building also dehydrated and slightly undernourished. Agent Dallas showed signs of extreme claustrophobia and refused to enter the house again after he recovered. He was sent to mental health screening to assure that he does not have any other after-effects from the incident.
SCP-XXXX was afterward contained and Charles given Class-C Amnestics. Due to Charles' mental conditions getting worse, he was sent to a local mental health hospital to recover.
Since every subject who has returned from SCP-XXXX's upper floor appeared to be in a more feeble condition than they should have been and that the subjects reported having entered the same room twice successively or returned from the bathroom on the ground floor, it is hypothesized that upon entering the first floor the person enters a different realm where normal physics don't apply and that there is a different concept of time, one day equalling four days and seven hours. The realm will be designated as SCP-XXXX-1.

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard object containment unit under regular camera surveillance. The microphones in the testing chambers need to be equipped with a sound filter that neutralizes SCP-XXXX's cognitive effects. Research and security personnel also need to wear ear protection with sound filters. During interviews or testing that requires verbal responses from the SCP, personnel needs to provide the object with the text in the form of a multiple-choice test on paper. No electronic devices are to be in SCP-XXXX-1's visual conception at all times.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is an antique handcrafted jewelry box with a presumed cylinder music box inside and multiple carvings on the wooden frame. The interior of the object consists of two segments, the one with the music box inside is as of yet inaccessible and the other one containing jewelry that has been found to be non-anomalous. The object shows little to no anomalous effects when deactivated, causing only a small difference in temperature and humidity in its environment.
When SCP-XXXX gets activated, it plays an Italian tune which is not matching with its assumed time of origin and an entity possesses the person who last activated the object. The entity, referred to as SCP-XXXX-1, is capable of fully controlling its host for as long as SCP-XXXX plays.
SCP-XXXX-1 primarily communicates in an incomprehensible language that has yet to be identified and is as of yet only capable of reading written English. It is currently unknown if the object is capable of fully understanding the English language, let alone willing to communicate in it.
SCP-XXXX-1, when interviewed, is very talkative about most of the subjects and appears to be highly fascinated by modern technology. Bringing such a device in an interview mostly results in the complete distraction of the object, making it incapable to get further information.
When SCP-XXXX's tune comes to an end, the former host of SCP-XXXX-1 will regain full control of their body again and will have the aftereffect of communicating in said unknown language for approximately one-hour post possession, even though all of the subjects have no knowledge of the existence of the language.

Recovery Log:
SCP-XXXX was discovered in 1955 in an apartment in Rome after a family reported the object missing. The family found the object out of place in the ruins of their family home, claiming to have never inhabited such an object before.
The Foundation caught the attention of the situation after it has been reported by witnesses that the thief had the object constantly activated and seemed mentally confused, speaking in an incomprehensible way and not fully understanding Italian, even though he was from an Italian family.
Mobile Task Force Eta-11 "Savage Beasts" was then dispatched to contain the object, which was found deactivated in the thief's apartment with a corpse clutching to the object whose death was caused by the implosion of both eardrums. The initial cause for the implosion is unknown. The Mobile Task Force was able to contain the object with no other casualties and gave everyone in contact with SCP-XXXX or the instance of SCP-XXXX-1 Class-B amnestics. The SCP had been expunged from the files of the police.
