Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be placed in a 10m by 10m by 10m room and when an anomaly comes out to evoke procedure 1-RA or 2-RA depending on if the anomaly is a humanoid or an object, read below.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a sandstone arch measuring 6m in height and 4.5m in width which was found in [redacted] while its anomalous effects were in effect and was brought to site-65 for testing. SCP-XXXX has shown to be immune to all forms of damage. When looked from the front side subjects reported that the other side of the arc looked blurry and "like if they were looking through thick glass". When situated under the arch most individuals report symptoms of Autophobia and Claustrophobia.

SCP-XXXX will randomly activate and while open the glass-like part will shows a space view containing no astral objects. While open, the glass-like part under the archway is impassable and only allows passage into the portal. SCP-XXXX will open any time between 27 seconds and 15 months from its previous opening. By activating its anomalous properties, out of SCP-XXXX in the next 1:00 to 4:15 minutes, from SCP-XXXX there will be exited an object or person. All entities that exit from SCP-XXXX have shown anomalous behaviors/characteristics, for example, SCP's XXXX-1 through 21. All beings that enter SCP-XXXX will spend an amount of time inside of it, anywhere from 1 week to 2 months. It is unknown if anomalies only exit in our dimension or if there are other instances of SCP-XXXX that also work as a one-way portal.

The first specimen to come from SCP-XXXX is a human male currently 38 years old 1.8m tall and weighing 69.8kg named Dan Robert, he is currently referred to as SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 claims to have lived in Oregon and encountered SCP-XXXX on the 10th of January 2020 which means that objects that travel through SCP-XXXX have to spend a certain amount of time inside of it, presumably to gain their anomalous ability in whatever way that may occur, when asked about the time spend in SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-1 doesn't sustain any memories.

SCP-XXXX-1 has the ability to make anything he comes in contact with to become unconscious, stationary and unmovable being unable for its form to change in any way which effectively also makes it indestructible for as long as physical contact is maintained with SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 can touch itself which will put him in the same indestructible state but will allow his mental functions to continue working which gives him the ability to choose how much time to remain in this state.

SCP-XXXX-1 seems to come from an alternate dimension but one that is also not similar to SCP-XXXX-4's description of his dimension, who also comes from SCP-XXXX, this suggests that SCP-XXXX is a multi-dimensional one-way portal that gives any object or person that enters it an anomalous function. It's also strange that even if every anomaly that comes out of SCP-XXXX is from a different dimension they all are very similar to ours.

After Interviews SCP-XXXX-1 1 and 2, SCP-XXXX-1 was sent to site-06 for further testing, all results can be read above. Afterward interviewing rebegun, new information was learned for example World War 2 took place 1 year later, some countries swapped places with very small changes occurring in their history New Jersey-Utah, Texas-New Mexico, Arizona-California, Montana-Louisiana and presumably more, but SCP-XXXX-1 could not recall any changes outside of the US.

Since SCP-XXXX containment, 21 different anomalies exited it and the foundation is trying numerous ways to deactivate it since if SCP-XXXX keeps producing more anomalous entities it is only a matter of time before a Keter or Apollyon anomaly exits from SCP-XXXX, proven by SCP-XXXX-9.

To try to find ways to neutralize SCP-XXXX the foundation did the following, gave SCP-507 a camera and instructed him to record and try to interact to the minimum with any instances of SCP-XXXX he encounters, SCP-343 was instructed to destroy SCP-XXXX but it could only open it and cause SCP-XXXX-12 to exit. then the foundation encountered SCP-XXXX-21 who can time travel, it was instructed to go into the future 1 year and explain how the situation unfolded, after 22 minutes SCP-XXXX-21 came back saying that the foundation placed SCP-XXXX in a space station with 50 D-class a month, 30 researchers (level 3 and higher) and 65 soldiers. The foundation reenacted the procedures told by SCP-XXXX-21 with food and water supplies being sent every 20 days. Since SCP-XXXX-21, every anomaly that exits SCP-XXXX is to be tested immediately and if it doesn't contain any beneficial proprieties it is to immediately terminated if possible, if not it is to be sent back to the foundation for further testing.

Addendum XXXX-1:
procedure 1-RA: If the anomaly that exits SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity then start monitoring it to learn its behavior and if it is hostile, afterward send as many D-class equipped with the tools that are considered needed and instruct them to either engage conversation or begin confrontation, depending on what was learned during monitoring, if anything was. Be sure to not neutralize the anomaly while retrieving and transporting it to its destined site.

procedure 2-RA: If the anomaly that exits SCP-XXXX is an object start monitoring it to try to learn its anomalous property. If learned send as many D-class with the tools deemed needed. If not send one D-class to try interacting with the object to hopefully learn its properties. If no results exceed, transport the object to a different site for further testing. Be sure to keep the object's state intact and report any changes in behavior.

SCP-XXXX-1: Oh! yes, my name is Robert, Dan Robert.

Dr.██████: Can you tell a bit about yourself and where you come from?

SCP-XXXX-1: Well I'm 38 years old, I work in an art shop, drawing, and painting, I'm single and have only my brother left still alive in my family and also lives with me. Where I come from? Oregon, I live in a small apartment thou I am saving money to move to New Jersey, the fanciest place in the US, I actually visited the Statue of Hope a month or so ago, much bigger tha-

Dr.██████: Pardon me but, Statue of hope? and New Jersey is on the other side of the US, why and how!?

SCP-XXXX-1: What do you mean? you don't know the Statue of Hope? it's this big statue in the Great Salt Lake, which is in New Jersey right near Oregon, of a yellow lady, holding a book in one hand and the sun in the other, not literally of course.

Dr.██████: interesting, and can you tell me the coordinates of both Oregon and New Jersey?

SCP-XXXX-1: Sure? no problem, Oregon is 43° N and 120° W and New Jersey is somewhere along 38° N, 113° W.

Dr.██████: Can you tell me if you remember how you got here, anything about an archway?

Dan Robert: Yes, I was on a beach or more of a lake, it's in Tillamook where I live, me, my brother and a few friends were having some sort of party there, even thou it was winter, and I noticed a particularly out of place arch not too far from us so I started to walk towards it to see what it was. After I got to it I started calling for my bro and him and his friends started coming to me but while that was happening I looked through the archway and it was almost pitch black, I felt an urge to walk into it, and so I did, and then ended up here, I can't remember what happened in there thou.

Dr.██████: *pause* I have a few theories but manly that you encountered some sort of dimension-hopping portal between yours and ours and potentially even more. Here there is no Statue of Hope, its the statue of liberty and New Jersey is located at 40.0° N, 74.4° W. This isn't the same earth you lived in before.

Dan Robert: *silence*

SCP-XXXX-1: didn't

Dr.██████: Are you able to answer more questions now?

SCP-XXXX-1: *pause* Doctor ██████ you said that you have anomalies at this facility, right?

Dr.██████: Yes, and why do you feel the need to ask that?

SCP-XXXX-1: *pause* Am I one of them?

Dr.██████: Robert, is that just a question out of fear?

SCP-XXXX-1: No, I just *indistinguishable mutter* Can I touch you Dr.?

Dr.██████: Sure?

SCP-XXXX-1: *sits up and walks towards Dr.██████ and places his hand on his shoulder* Huh!

Dr.██████: *silence*

SCP-XXXX-1: *his hand swings rapidly* Oh no! I'm so sorry!

Dr.██████: About what?

SCP-XXXX-1: Wait you don't- doesn't matter, the thing is I think that whenever I touch someone or maybe even something it like turns to stone.

Closing Statement: Dr.██████ proposed testing and classification of SCP-XXXX-1, proposal accepted.

Afterword:
After [redacted] months, on ██/██/20██, SCP-XXXX activated it's portal and it remained open for 01:42:11 before an alternate version of Dr.████ exited SCP-XXXX, after an interrogation, it was learned that in a different dimension also containing the SCP foundation they encountered SCP-XXXX and also removed it from the ground and begun testing. SCP-XXXX remained open. In the other dimension, a D-class (239458) encountered SCP-XXXX in his cell and after walking into it became SCP-XXXX-18 in our dimension. Dr.████ volunteered to go trough SCP-XXXX with a rope tied to his waist after which he appeared in our dimension. This means that the reason SCP-XXXX was only permanent in our dimension was that it was moved from its original location and now it is constantly open and an interdimensional portal between two almost identical dimensions set in the same period. There still can't be found a reason why entities that entered SCP-XXXX before it's second removal gained anomalous proprieties.
