To find this entity: 1 distinctive feature is his right ear. It is broken as it was torn apart.
And a very odd childish smile. Just odd, not harmful to humans.

No other human features.
Powers and abilities:
Manipulate animals direction (Telekinesis)
See in the dark, See spirits and locations of other scp entities. Or where they use to be.
Strike fear in the scp entities (cannot be explained)
Energy vampire (Only on other entities does not work on humans or animals)
Cannot die:
clothed vacuum space, water or even lava. By killing, stabbing, poisoning, other.
(Heat resistance, Underwater/lava in no air breathing)
Able to create objects from thin air. Any object that exists in this universe.
(Won’t do it due to overpowered nature of unique power)
(Can create simple objects: Glass of water, small amount of cash to survive on the streets)
Another world dimension travels due to the ability to create objects from thin air.
Other SCP’s are avoiding Alen like wild fire. (Feature that Alen cannot explain)
Can walk through any object, liquid or otherwise.
Actual form:
Similar to humanoid features except no genitalia and genderless features.
Rather the same height.
