Description: SCP-XXXX was formerly known as Doctor Jason Lloyd, a non-anomalous human male, in age of 38 who was employed as a Level-3 researcher in medical and scientific department at Site-233. Dr. Lloyd worked for the Foundation from July 1989 to March 2003, where it disappeared from every trace of the Foundation.
SCP-XXXX reappeared in November 2003, formerly known as "The Ink Man"1, a serial killer who operated in South Pennsylvania for at least 2 years. SCP-XXXX murdered over 17 people and left 3 injured between age of 23 to 35 years old. "The Ink Man" name originated from the ink liquid found in every crime scene.
