Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is held within the property of Kwan-li-so No. 16 in the North Hamgyong Province of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. All site personnel of any ethnicity other than visibly and audibly Korean are to remain within the confines of the underground Site. Every month, an Ambassador to the DPRK is to leave the site through the Korean State Railway through the Chongjin-Pyongyang line to negotiate the lease of Camp 16 and the payment in food and electricity aid. Site-16H is to be constantly guarded by Mobile Task Force Tau-98 "Mad Kims" are to act as guards under the State Security Department (MSS).
No exterior personnel other than state officials are permitted to visit or be within 1 km of Site-16H. All personnel are to be evacuated from the area ever 6 months, in which the sites anomalies are temporarily neutralized by any means necessary. No prisoners are to be transported to Camp 16 past █/██/████.
All personnel who attempt to escape are to be detained by the MTF operatives and brought to ██████████ ████████ ████ ███████ to be ███████ as ███████ or to be brought to the far North East of the camp (detailed in camp plan) and be killed via gas, nerve agent, or firing squad.

Description: SCP-XXXX refers to the spacial anomaly known to the public as Kwan-li-so No. 16. SCP-XXXX contains an unknown number of smaller anomalies, although thought to be approximately 72. SCP-XXXX is completely devoid of all plant life, animal life, and natural smells. The exterior of the camp is surrounded by guard posts, electric wire, and fences topped with almost impenetrable barbed wire. Upon entering SCP-XXXX, the victim is taken to an infinite plain of the labor camp. Defectors who have been imprisoned in Camp 16 and interviewed by Foundation agents claim the world was an infinite concentration camp, all organized to the corresponding plan within the guard quarters. Agricultural life is missing from SCP-XXXX apart from small plots of arable land for guards, and detainees. The camp includes officer quarters, canteens with spoiled inedible food, a reeducation house, experimentation facilities, checkpoints, and barracks for prisoners.
SCP-XXXX is populated by SCP-XXXX-A. SCP-XXXX-A are described as animated humanoid figures deprived of food. SCP-XXXX-A is divided into three classes, prisoners, guards, and the State Security Agents.
